Since we have passengers joining our tours from different parts of the world, we do not include the cost of international flights in any of our tour prices. However we are more than happy to recommend a reputable flight specialist, who can help.
As many flights are non-refundable and non-changeable, please take care when arranging your flights, to ensure your arrival and departure dates/times correctly correspond with your chosen trip.

Tourist Visas
Visa requirements vary dependent upon your nationality, the countries you are visiting, whether you require a single or a multi entry visa and the duration of your stay. Some visas can be obtained upon arrival at the airport, others must be procured in advance, and embassy's can often take several weeks to process them, so it is important that you start thinking about obtaining your visa at the time of booking. Visa requirements and charges are subject to change and visa procurement is solely your responsibility and not that of on the go.
Many countries require your passport to be valid for a minimum of 6 months, from your date of exit from the destination. Therefore if your passport is due to expire in less than 6 months, you will need to renew it before travelling.
Please ensure that you have a minimum of two blank pages in your passport, some embassies may require more.

Travel Insurance
At on the go, we recognise the importance of travelling with a suitable insurance policy. Most of the time people are fortunate enough not to have to call upon the benefits of insurance, but from time to time the need will arise and it is essential to be protected against the unexpected. From lost luggage and flight delays to illness and cancellation charges.
In addition, we are bound by travel regulations, so all of our passengers must be fully insured for travel to any of our destinations. When purchasing travel insurance please ensure it has adequate cover for baggage and associated valuables, medical expenses arising through illness or accident prior to or during the vacation, and loss of vacation monies through cancellation and curtailment of the vacation.
You will need to provide us with a copy of your insurance policy prior to travel, as well as take a copy of your policy with you on your trip. In a time of emergency you would need to have your travel insurers 24-hour emergency phone number to hand so please remember to take this with you.

Vaccinations
Before you travel it is important that you find out what vaccinations (if any) are required for the destinations you are to visit. Whilst you will find some general advise on which vaccinations you may require on the destination specific 'Useful Info' page and on our Go Guides, we are not a medical body and these are simply a guide. It is essential that you contact your medical practitioner or a travel clinic for accurate and up to date advise.
- Immunisation against Tetanus, Typhoid, Polio and Hepatitis A, is necessary in many developing countries and remote areas.
- Malaria poses are severe health risk in several parts of the world, particularly in Africa and areas of South America. You will need to take a course of Malaria tablets in order to protect against this.
- Immunisation against Yellow Fever is essential in much of East Africa and South America and you will be asked to present your Yellow Fever Certificate at the border.
