Day 1: Maun
On arrival at Maun Airport you will be met and assisted onto your onward light-aircraft charter flight to the beautiful Pom Pom Camp. On arrival at camp, you will have time to acclimatise before taking part in your first activity in the Okavango Delta. The Camp is located on Pom Pom Island in a private concession situated in the heart of the Okavango Delta and on the head waters of the Xudum river system. The area lies on the western boundary of the Moremi Game Reserve and offers superb Okavango scenery and a true Okavango wilderness experience. Overnight - Okavango Delta (D)
Game drive in Chobe National Park
Today is spent doing activities offered by the camp. Pom Pom Camp has game drives, mokoro and fishing excursions, as well as bush walks on offer. The Okavango Delta is one of the last remaining unspoiled wilderness areas of Africa. The Delta is fed by the floodwaters of Central Africa and covers an area of some 16000 square kilometers. These waters fan out into the Okavango Delta forming a wetland system of beautiful palm-fringed channels, lagoons and islands that support a wealth of fauna and flora alike. Days 3 - 4: Chobe National Park
Okavango Delta - Maun - Chobe. After a final morning activity and a hearty breakfast, you board your light aircraft and fly to Maun. From here, you take a scheduled airline flight to Kasane (included), also know as the gateway to the Chobe National Park. On arrival in Kasane, you will be collected and taken to your lodge. You have two game drives and one boat cruise included in your package and can partake in these when you please. On the boat cruise on the Chobe River you will be able to watch elephants, hippos, lions, crocodiles and a variety of birds and more without having to reach for your binoculars – you’ll be near enough for close-up photographs. The game drives are generally scheduled in the morning for optimal game viewing. Overnight - Chobe National Park (B:2, L:2, D:2)
Day 5: Kasane
Chobe - Kasane Airport. Depending on your flight time, you will be collected at the lodge and taken to Kasane Airport for your onward journey. We hope to welcome you back to Africa soon. (B)

Luxury accommodation

Pom Pom Camp
The Camp is located on Pom Pom Island in a private concession situated in the heart of the Okavango Delta and on the head waters of the Xudum river system. The area lies on the western boundary of the Moremi Game Reserve and offers superb Okavango scenery and a true Okavango wilderness experience. The main building is attractively designed and constructed of thatch and canvas and comprises lounge, dining, bar and pool areas, as well as a gift shop and the boma area. The swimming pool is situated close to the main lodge and the bar, making a perfect location to enjoy a relaxing afternoon in the heat of the day. Accommodation consists of nine luxury safari tents in true traditional safari style, all with full en-suite semi open ablution facilities. Eight en-suite safari tents with overlooking views of the PomPom lagoon. The tents are uniquely positioned under the shade of the surrounding trees.

Chobe Lodge Safari
Chobe Safari Lodge is situated in Kasane on the banks of Chobe River and sharing a border with Chobe National Park. Right on the lodges doorstep four African countries meet (Botswana, Namibia, Zimbabwe and Zambia) Chobe Safari Lodge therefore offers an excellent getaway location to Chobe, Victoria Falls or Caprivi. The newest additions to Chobe are the 46 safari rooms. Individually decorated, they offer every comfort. Each safari room affords our guests the luxury of air-conditioning, luxurious en-suite bath and shower facilities, as well as satellite TV, and telephone. The Safari rooms enjoy expansive lawns which form the banks of the Chobe river. Each room has its own patio that gives one the privacy of enjoying views of the river from the comfort of your own room. The rooms are also in close proximity to the main complex. Along with many species of big game, Chobe National Park boasts the largest concentration of elephant in Africa, and our game drives and boat cruises offer visitors the opportunity to witness this amazing spectacle
