Begin in Cape Town, visit the winelands, Cape Point and the Peninsular before flying to Kruger National Park in search of the 'Big Five' and end your journey in Zambia's Livingstone - home to the massive Victoria Falls!

Day 1: Cape Town
On arrival into Cape Town Airport you will be met and transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day can be spent at leisure exploring South Africa’s mother city or relaxing at the hotel. Overnight - Cape Town
Day 2: Cape Town City Tour
Embark on a half day tour of Cape Town with the option at the end to take a cable car up Table Mountain for spectacular views of the city. Your tour will take in the Houses of Parliament, the Castle (built between 1666 and 1679 - making it South Africa's oldest building) and the lively Greenmarket Square with its daily market, the Company Gardens. If you choose to head up the mountain you will visit Bo-Kaap after this. Bo-Kaap is home to the Cape Malay community and is full of cobbled streets and brightly coloured houses. From here you have the choice to be dropped at the Waterfront to experience the vibrant location at your own pace with its many shops, restaurants and bars - or at te hotel at the end of your tour. Day 3: Winelands
Today take an excursion to the beautiful Winelands for wine tasting on one of the many estates in Stellenbosch, Franschhoek and Paarl. This delightful drive winds its way through superb mountain ranges, vineyards and Cape Dutch homesteads. Your first stop is Stellenbosch, the second oldest town in South Africa with canal lined avenues, and magnificent examples of Cape Dutch architecture where you enjoy your first wine tasting, coupled with chocolate and dessert tasting.

Onward over the scenic Helshoogte Pass, to Franschoek, founded by French Hugenots over 350 years ago, and widely regarded as the culinary capital of South Africa. Its beautiful setting and cafe lined street will charm you and a further wine tasting is included at on of the renowned estates in this area. Your final stop is at the town of Paarl, at the foot of a cluster of remarkable granite domes where you do your last wine tasting before heading back to Cape Town. Overnight - Cape Town (B)
Day 4: Cape Peninsula Tour
Today you embark on a fulll day tour of the Cape Peninsular. Take in the beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay, before crossinfg over to Hout Bay, where you may choose to join an optional boart cruise to Seal Island. From here you drive to the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve via Chapman's Peak, one of the world's most breath taking coastal drives, where you will board a funicular to get to the top of the Peninsula to wirness the symbolic meeting of the Indian and Atlantic Oceans and enjoy spectacular views over False Bay.

This afternoon continue to Simonstown, the naval base, and visit the African Penguin breeding colony at Boulders Beach. Then stop at the world- renowned Kirstenbosch Gardens before arriving at your hotel for overnight. Overnight - Cape Town (B)

Days 5 - 7: Kapama Game Reserve
On day 5 fly to Mpumalanga and the Kapama Gamer Reserve, part of Greater Kruger National Park. Situated in the Limpopo Province, Kapama is one of South Africa's largest privately owned game reserves, occupying 13'000 hectares of prime 'Big Five' country in the Valley of the Olifant (Elephant Valley), which is situataed between the northern Drakensberg mountains and the Greater Kruger National Park. The reserve is in close proximity to Hoedspruit Eastgate Airport and it is also home to the Hoedspruit Centre for Endangered Species, which concentrates primarily on the rehabilitation of the endangered cheetah.

The next three days are spent searching for the Big Five on various game drives in South Africa’s flagship park. Overnight - Kruger N.P. (B:3, L:2, D:3)
Day 8: Livingstone
Flying into Livingstone, on the Zambian side of the Falls on day 8 spend the rest of the day at leisure.

The completion of the Victoria Falls bridge gave birth to the city of Livingstone in 1905. The town prospered as the gateway to trade between the north and south sides of the Zambezi. A number of colonial buildings were erected, which still stand today, creating an atmospheric welcome to travellers using Livingston as an entry point to explore this beautiful region.

Be sure to experience the Victoria Falls by foot or by air, catch up on the local history at the Livingstone Museum as well as the Railway Museum, shop at the extensive craft markets, get active with white water rafting, sport fishing and kayaking and enjoy unforgettable African sunsets on a river cruise. Days 9 - 10: Victoria Falls
On day 9 take a tour of the mighty Victoria Falls in Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park. Described by the Kololo tribe living in the area in the 1800s as 'Mosi-oa-Tunya' - 'the Smoke that Thunders' and in more modern terms the greatest known curtain of falling water. Victoria Falls are a spectacular sight of awe-inspiring beauty and grandeur on the Zambezi River, bodering Zambia and Zimbabwe. A path along the edge of the forest provides the visitor with an unparalled series of views of the Falls, if you are prepared to brave the spray. In the evening enjoy a relaxing sunset cruise along the Zambezi River.

The following day visit the Mukuni Village. The Mukuni Village is home to the Leya people. On this tour you have the opportunity to learn more about this interesting culture whilst being shown around the village homes and Chief Mkuni's Palace as well as having the opportunity to try out their traditional food and beer. This is a real village with a population in the region of 5000. Overnight - Livingstone (B:2)
Day 11: Livingstone
After breakfast you will be transferred to Livingstone airport for your onward flight. (B)
