Day 1: Antananarivo

Arrival in Antananarivo, the capital of Madagascar. Welcome and assistance at the airport. After a short briefing, drive to your hotel in town.

Day 2: Antananarivo

Today we drive back to Tana Airport for your flight to Tolanaro. Arriving here, you are met by a trusty driver who will take you on the scenic drive to Mandrare River camp located in the Ifotaka Community Forest Reserve. Arriving here, check into your luxury tent and relax for the remainder of the day. (OVERNIGHT AT THE MANDARA RIVER CAMP IFTOKA COMMUNITY FOREST RESERVE)

Days 3-4:

Your hotel is is nestled under the shade of tamarind trees on the banks of the Mandrare River which is the lifeblood of the region. For today and tomorrow enjoy excursions on foot or by 4x4 whichever is your preference exploring the unique wildlife and forest in the region your base here is arguably the best wildlife experience on offer in Madagascar. (OVERNIGHTS AT THE MANDARA RIVER CAMP IFTOKA COMMUNITY FOREST RESERVE)

Day 5: - Antananarivo

This morning you will catch a small charter flight back to Tolanaro and from here fly back to Tana. Arriving here, our driver will transfer you to your hotel.

Day 6: Antananarivo - Nosy Be & Nosy Sakatia

Taking to the sky once more you fly to Nosy Be. Arriving here, our local team are on hand to drive you to your hotel right on the gorgeous Indian Ocean coastline.

Days 7-12: Nosy Be & Nosy Sakatia

The next days are at your leisure in Nosy Be, being a beachside town is an ideal place for diving, snorkelling and is also a popular destination for birdwatchers or you can simply sunbathe on the beach or by the pool.

Day 13: Nosy Be & Nosy Sakatia - Antananarivo

Today we return to Nosy Be for the flight back to Tana. Meet with our local driver at the airport who will transfer you to your hotel.

Day 14: Antananarivo

Sadly your journey has come to an end, we will transfer you to the airport in time for your flight home.
