Day 1: Arusha

Welcome to Tantalizing Tanzania! Arriving at Arusha Airport you will see our friendly local team waiting to transfer you to your hotel.

Day 2: Arusha - Ngorongoro Crater

We spend the morning on a game drive through Tarangire National Park with its shimmering acacia sands, old baobab trees, Masai tribes and herds of elephant. In the dry season of July - October, Tarangire National Park surpasses the Serengeto on terms of animal concentration as big herds begin to congregate around the Tarangire River. In the afternoon we continue on to Karatu and our lodge in the Ngorongoro Highlands.

Lunch time at Limpopo Transfrontier Park

Day 3: Ngorongoro Crater

Today we head to the Ngorongoro Crater, descending into the crater floor itself, for an exciting game drive. We spend the morning exploring this fascinating wildlife amphitheatre, home to nearly 25,000 animals, which remain in the crater due to the constant supply of water from the springs.

Day 4: Ngorongoro Crater - Serengeti N.P.

This morning we set off to the vast plains of the Serengeti on a full day game drive taking a picnic lunch with us before checking into our lodge on the outskirts of the park.

Days 5-6: Serengeti N.P.

For today and tomorrow enjoy full day game drives in the park to see the incredible wildlife. Daily we enjoy a picnic lunch will be enjoyed in a secluded spot in the park among the wildlife.

Day 7: Serengeti N.P. - Ngorongoro Crater

We have a full day driving through the Serengeti back to Karatu, ending up at the Bougainvillea Lodge and passing through incredible scenery and game rich country en route.

Day 8: Ngorongoro Crater

Morning we head back to Arusha and assist you catching your onward flight to Zanzibar. End of our arrangements.
