Cape Point, South Africa

Day 1: Cape Town

Welcome to Capetown. Upon arrival you will be met by our local representatives and transferred from the airport to your accommodation. Enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure. Overnight Capetown.

Day 2: Cape Town

Today you embark on a full day tour of the Cape Peninsula. Take in the beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay, before crossing over to Hout Bay. From here you drive to the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve via Chapman’s Peak, one of the world’s most breathtaking coastal drives, where you will board a funicular to get to the top of the Peninsula to witness the symbolic meeting of the Indian and Atlantic Oceans and enjoy spectacular views over False Bay. After lunch (for your own account), continue to Simonstown, the naval base, and visit the African Penguin breeding colony at Boulders Beach. Then stop at the world-renowned Kirstenbosch Gardens before arriving at your hotel for overnight

Day 3: Cape Town

Today take an excursion to the beautiful Winelands for wine tasting on one of the many estates in Stellenbosch and Franschhoek. This delightful drive winds its way through superb mountain ranges, vineyards and Cape Dutch homesteads. First stop at Stellenbosch, the second oldest town in South Africa with canal lined avenues, and magnificent examples of Cape Dutch architecture where you enjoy your first wine tasting. Onward over the scenic Helshoogte Pass, to Franschoek, founded by French Hugenots over 350 years ago, and widely regarded as the culinary capital of South Africa. It’s beautiful setting and cafe lined street will charm you and a further wine tasting is included at one of the renowned estates. Overnight Cape Town

Day 4: Cape Town

Sadly your time with us has come to an end as your are transferred to the airport in time for your departure flight to your onward destination.
