Day 1: Johannesburg

Welcome to Johannesburg, enjoy an airport transfer to your hotel. Rest of the day at leisure.

Day 2: Johannesburg

Enjoy a full day of touring including Johannesburg City, Soweto and the Apartheid Museum. The tour begins in the affluent, leafy suburb of Houghton before making its way to Hillbrow, a jarring contrast in living conditions, before arriving in downtown Johannesburg - the historical heart of Johannesburg.

Day 3: Johannesburg - Kruger N.P.

Today, we transfer you down to Kruger National Park (approx 5.5 hrs)(Transfer organised by Lodge) . It’s said that Kruger has the greatest variety of wildlife in Africa. Lion, elephant, leopard, cheetah, giraffe are present as are a profusion of herbivores. Enjoy an afternoon/evening game drive to spot the wildlife.

Day 4: Kruger N.P.

Today, we enjoy a full days game viewing in Kruger National Park.

Day 5: Kruger N.P. - Durban

Today we transfer to the nearest airport for your flight to Durban via J'Burg. Arrive Durban and we transfer to your hotel.

Day 6: Durban

today enjoy a full day tour taking highlights such as Marine Parade Drive, Market, The Golden Mileu, Shaka Marine World, Famous Golden Beach, and a Dolphin, seal and penguin show.

Day 7: Durban - Cape Town

This morning around 7 am we head out to enjoy a full day tour of the Drakensberg Mountain in all of it's scenic splendor. Return to Druban and we catch the late PM flight to Cape Town - Arrival transfer to your hotel.

Day 8: Cape Town

We commence with a cable car trip up the legendary Table Mountain for spectacular views of the Mother City and the surrounding peninsula. (weather permitting; cable car fee not included), Back in the city itself, we visit the well preserved Company Gardens, the S.A. Museum, the Castle of Good Hope and the vibrant and arty flea market, Greenmarket Square.

Day 9: Cape Town

Today we take you on a wine tour. First its off to Paarl and a local wine estate. Proceed to the town of Franschhoek. Here we have time to enjoy the culinary skills of the chefs at one of the many award winning restaurants (not included in cost). Onward to Stellenbosch, the heart of the South African wine Industry. Return to Cape Town.

Day 10: Cape Town - Lake Nakuru

Early morning transfer to the airport for your flight to Nairobi. Arrival at 14:45 we transfer you to Lake Nakuru. Arrival check into your lodge and grab a good nights sleep.

Day 11: Lake Nakuru

The park also offers some of the best opportunity of seeing the very rare rhino as well as the elusive leopard. You will spend the day in the park, stopping off to enjoy a picnic lunch. Later in the afternoon you return to Lake Elementaita in time for a sun downer and dinner.

Day 12: Lake Nakuru - Masai Mara N.P.

This morning we depart for the world famous Masai Mara (320km, 5 hours). The journey takes us on some rough roads across the floor of the Great Rift Valley, the longest rift in the crust of the earth. On route there will be some good opportunities to see a number of wild animals.

Day 13: Masai Mara N.P.

Early morning game drive - depending on the game drive, we’ll proceed back to the lodge for a late lunch, only to return again in search of more wildlife action late afternoon. Dinner and sundowners are had back at the camp’s amazing location.

Day 14: Masai Mara N.P.

It may be the last day of safari however our game viewing does not stop. After breakfast, experience an en route game drive out of the Mara as we drive on to Nairobi. We will arrive in Nairobi late afternoon in time for your onward journey or international flight.
