Day 1: Kruger N.P.

Welcome to Sensational South Africa! Upon arrival at Hoedspruit Airport you will be met and transferred to your camp in the Greater Kruger National Park where you will spend the next few nights.

Days 2-3: Kruger N.P.

Stretching virtually all the way along the border with Mozambique, it’s said that Kruger has the greatest variety of wildlife in Africa. Lion, elephant, leopard, cheetah, giraffe are present as are a profusion of herbivores. Seeing the wildlife in their natural habitat is a wonderful experience, especially at a waterhole. Spend the next two days exploring the Greater Kruger National Park and spotting wildlife on morning and afternoon game drives.

Day 4: Kruger N.P. - Cape Town

Today we have a drive to Kruger Mpumalanga Airport for your flight to Cape Town. You will be met at the airport upon arrival and transferred to your guest house in the city where you will spend the next four nights.

Day 5: Cape Town

Embark on a half day tour of Cape Town with the option at the end to take a cable car up Table Mountain for spectacular views of the city. Your tour will take in the Houses of Parliament, the Castle (built between 1666 and 1679 - making it South Africa's oldest building) and the lively Greenmarket Square with its daily market, the Company Gardens. If you choose to head up the mountain you will visit Bo-Kaap after this. Bo-Kaap is home to the Cape Malay community and is full of cobbled streets and brightly coloured houses. From here you have the choice to be dropped at the Waterfront or your hotel. The choice is yours.

Day 6: Cape Town

Today take an excursion to the beautiful Winelands for wine tasting on one of the many estates in Stellenbosch, Franschhoek and Paarl. Your first stop is Stellenbosch, the second oldest town in South Africa, Onward over the scenic Helshoogte Pass, to Franschoek, founded by French Hugenots over 350 years ago, and widely regarded as the culinary capital of South Africa. Its beautiful setting and cafe lined street will charm you and a further wine tasting is included at on of the renowned estates in this area. Your final stop is at the town of Paarl, at the foot of a cluster of remarkable granite domes where you do your last wine tasting before heading back to Cape Town.

Day 7: Cape Town

Today you embark on a full day tour of the Cape Peninsula. Take in the beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay, before crossing over to Hout Bay, where you may choose to join an optional boat cruise to Seal Island. From here you drive to the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve via Chapman's Peak, where you will board a funicular to get to the top of the Peninsula to wirness the symbolic meeting of the Indian and Atlantic Oceans and enjoy spectacular views over False Bay. This afternoon continue to Simonstown, the naval base, and visit the African Penguin breeding colony at Boulders Beach. Then stop at the world- renowned Kirstenbosch Gardens before heading back to your hotel.

Day 8: Cape Town - Victoria Falls

After breakfast we transfer to Cape Town Airport for your flight to Johannesburg, where you will then catch a connecting flight to Victoria Falls. Upon arrival you will be met at the airport and transferred to your hotel for the next three nights.

Day 9: Victoria Falls

Take a two hour morning or aftenroon tour of the mighty Victoria Falls in Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park. Victoria Falls are a spectacular sight of awe-inspiring beauty and grandeur on the Zambezi River, bordering Zambia and Zimbabwe. You will be accompanied through the Rainforest by a qualified Guide, who gives a brief history of the Falls and the surrounding flora, fauna, bird and wildlife. Raincoats and camera protective bags are provided when needed.

Day 10: Victoria Falls

Today is entirely at your leisure to explore the area.

Sadly your journey has come to an end, we will transfer you to the airport in time for your flight home.
