Returning to the airstrip your air taxi light aircraft will fly you to your next destination that is the Okavango Delta. Depending on your arrival time you may have the opportunity to start exploring the delta today.
Today and tomorrow you will be enjoying the delta and all it has to offer. You will be exploring the waterways in a traditional mokoro (dugout canoe) or go in search of wildlife on morning and afternoon game drives. You can also take guided walks, go fishing with the locals and learn more about the ecology of the area which are all included activities as part of your stay.
This morning we again take to the sky by air taxi and fly to the Moremi Game Reserve in the Okavango Delta which is considered to be one of the most beautiful wildlife reserves in Africa, as it combines mopane woodland and acacia forests, lily covered wetlands, flood plains and lagoons. Today and tomorrow your included viewing game is possible in various forms including game drives, bush walks, night drives and boat safaris. The Chobe National Park is to the north of the country and is home to the largest elephant herds in the world. This Park boasts four distinctly different eco systems: serondela with its lush plains and dense forests in the Chobe River area to the northeast, the Savute Marsh in the west and the Linyanti Swamps in the northwest, with the hot, dry hinterland in between. Two days are spent exploring this wonderful region.
Sadly your journey has come to an end, we will transfer you by road to Kasane Airport where you can catch your onward flight home.
