Day 1: Arusha

The start of your Tanzania Wilderness Safari begins in the capital of safaris, Arusha. You will be collected from Kilimanjaro International Airport and transferred to your hotel. Spend the afternoon or evening relaxing at leisure.

Day 2: Arusha - Serengeti N.P.

This morning after breakfast we head towards the world famous and possible the best safari park in the world - The Serengeti! The park is renowned for its annual migration; when some six million hooves pound the open plains, as more than 200,000 zebra and 300,000 Thomson's gazelle join the wildebeest’s trek for fresh grazing. Yet even when the migration is quiet, the Serengeti offers arguably the most scintillating game-viewing in Africa: great herds of buffalo, smaller groups of elephant and giraffe, and thousands upon thousands of eland, topi, kongoni, impala and Grant’s gazelle.

Day 3: Serengeti N.P.

There’s nothing like an early morning start allowing you to experience one of the most ultimate game viewing sessions. The cat family love to make appearances in the morning, while the early morning light makes photographing herds of wildlife a photographer’s dream. For something completely different, we can arrange an early morning balloon safari over the Serengeti. View large pods of wildlife and watch the sun rise over the park’s endless plains, only to finish off this relaxing journey with a scrumptious champagne breakfast. As the evening light approaches, you will be thoroughly rewarded with all your game spotting with sundowners at a picturesque location in the park.

Day 4: Serengeti N.P. - Ngorongoro Crater

We depart early to reach Ngorongoro Crater, which is a vast and unbroken volcanic crater ring. Thanks to a permanent water and pasture source, the crater floor plays host to nearly every species of African animal. Zebra, buffalo, black rhino and wildebeest graze amongst the predatory lion, cheetah and hyena. After our game drive in the Crater, we head down the crater rim and past the ‘Cradle of mankind’ before we reach Serengeti National Park. Crossing vast plains we game drive through the southern and central areas of the park. Tonight we camp out in a campsite without fences, surrounded by the African wilderness!

Days 5-13: Ngorongoro Crater - Zanzibar

This morning after breakfast we will head to the airport for your onward flight to Zanzibar. Upon arrival you will be met by one of our representatives and transferred to your hotel.

Day 14: Zanzibar

This morning is unfortunately the end to your honeymoon. After breakfast we'll drive you to the airport and wave you good bye as you board your flight home.
