Zebra at Sabi Sands Reserve

Days 1-2: Maun - Okavango Delta

Time to head into the Okavango Delta, one of the last remaining unspoiled wilderness areas of Africa. We transfer to Maun airport for your flight to Camp Okavango airstrip. The Delta is fed by the floodwaters of Central Africa and covers an area of some 16000 square km. These waters fan out into the Okavango Delta forming a wetland system of beautiful palm-fringed channels, lagoons and islands that support a wealth of fauna and flora alike. The next 2 nights are at Camp Okavango which includes All meals, local brand drinks, scheduled activities, national park fees and laundry.

Meandering through the delta

Days 3-4: Okavango Delta - Chobe N. P.

Today we fly from Camp Okavango airstrip to Kasane Airport and onto Chobe Safari Lodge for the next 2 nights. Chobe is known for its elephant population, with some 120,000 elephants based in the park. They tend to be particularly large but their ivory is brittle, so will only have short tusks. As well as elephant, an abundance of giraffe, zebra, impala, sable, wildebeest, kudu, waterbuck, warthogs, eland, lion and hyena can be seen, and if you are very lucky, cheetah and leopard. Enjoy 2 nights in a luxury river or safari room, buffet dinners, breakfasts, lunches, 2 game drives, 1 afternoon boat cruise, Kasane airport transfers and park fees.

Lioness in Chobe National Park

Day 5: Chobe N. P. - Victoria Falls
