Day 1: Dar es Salaam - Selous G.R.

This morning you will fly from Dar es Salaam to Selous (0830hrs/0915hrs) where you will be met at the Mtemere Airstrip and transferred to the Rufiji River Camp. Enjoy a spot of lunch at the camp with a game drive en route. After lunch enjoy a second game drive. Dinner and overnight at Rufiji River Camp.

Days 2-3: Selous G.R.

The Selous Game Reserve, covering 50,000 square kilometres, is amongst the largest protected areas in Africa and is relatively undisturbed by human impact. Large numbers of elephants, black rhinoceroses, cheetahs, giraffes, hippopotamuses and crocodiles live in this immense sanctuary and the park has a variety of vegetation zones, ranging from dense thickets to open wooded grasslands. Over the next two days enjoy games drives, walking safaris and boat safaris.

Day 4: Selous G.R. - Ruaha N.P.

After breakfast you will be transferred to the Mtemere Airstrip for a scheduled flight to Ruaha (0915hrs/1100hrs). Upon arrival at Ruaha Airstrip you will be met and driven to the Ruaha River Lodge with a game drive en route for lunch. Enjoy an afternoon game drive at Ruaha National Park. Dinner and overnight at Ruaha River Lodge.

Days 5-6: Ruaha N.P.

Ruaha national park is one of the few Tanzania’s famous wilderness area where one can have a rare experience of game viewing spiced up by the fascinating landscape. Over the next two days enjoy morning and afternoon game drives.

Day 7: Ruaha N.P.

Today marks the end of your wilderness adventure with On the Go Tours. After breakfast you will be transferred to the Ruaha Airstrip for your scheduled flight back to Dar es Salaam (1145hrs/1350hrs). Upon arrival at Dar es Salaam Airport you will be met and assisted with your onward connecting flight.
