Cape Point, South Africa

Day 1: Cape Town

Welcome to Africa! We will be there to meet you at Cape Town airport, and transfer you to your hotel. Rest of the day at leisure.

Day 2: Cape Town

This is an awe-inspiring tour to the towering headland known as Cape Point. Magnificent beaches, breathtaking views, historic and picturesque coastal villages are to be seen along the way. The Cape Peninsula is one of the world’s most scenic areas and stretches from the City centre to Cape Point.

Day 3: Cape Town

Today we head off on the Walk to Freedom excursion, which details the some of the history of the apartheid and post apartheid eras, Robben Island and in the evening you will have dinner at Lizwe Guest House.

Day 4: Cape Town

Day at leisure.

Day 5: Cape Town - Kruger N.P.

Following breakfast, transfer to Cape Town airport for your scheduled flight to Mpumalanga. You will be met on arrival and transferred by road to Perry's Bridge Hollow for the night.

Day 6: Kruger N.P. - Sabi Sands Reserve

We will trransfer you to Djuma Private Game Reserve and to your lodge, Vuayatela in time for lunch. You will have some time to relax before heading out on an afternoon game drive.

Day 7: Sabi Sands Reserve

A typical day at Vuyatela includes breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner, two safaris (game drives) and a guided walk in the bush. After morning game-drives you may accompany the Shangaan guide to his nearby village, where you will have the opportunity of interacting with his family and friends in a very authentic and contemporary African environment and learn about the customs and traditions of the local people.

Day 8: Sabi Sands Reserve - Johannesburg

An early morning wake-up call and out into the bush on the morning safari in search of animals not seen the day before. Return to camp for a hearty breakfast, and then transfer to Mpumalanga airport for your scheduled flight to Johannesburg. On arrival, you will be met and transferred to your hotel.

Day 9: Johannesburg - Victoria Falls

We will transfer you to the airport in time for your flight to Victoria Falls. On arrival in Victoria Falls we will transfer you to the hotel.

Day 10: Victoria Falls

Zimbabwe is home to arguably the world’s most beautiful precipice, UNESCO-listed Victoria Falls. Victoria Falls, described by the Kololo tribe living in the area in the 1800’s as ‘Mosi-oa-Tunya’ - ‘the smoke that thunders’, is one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World. You have a tour of the Falls including entry fees. You will have a Ra-Ikane Sundowner Cruise in time to watch the sunset.

We will transfer you to the airport in time for your departure flight.
