Cape Point, South Africa

Day 1: Cape Town

Welcome to South Africa, and the start of your exclusive journey! We will meet you at the airport and drive you to your hotel.

Day 2: Cape Town

Embark on a half day tour of Cape Town with the option at the end to take a cable car up Table Mountain for spectacular views of the city. Your tour will take in the Houses of Parliament, the Castle (built between 1666 and 1679 - making it South Africa's oldest building) and the lively Greenmarket Square with its daily market, the Company Gardens. Then visit Bo-Kaap which is home to the Cape Malay community and is full of cobbled streets and brightly coloured houses. We conclude with heading up Table Mountain and taking in the views then drop you off at your hotel.

Day 3: Cape Town

Today take an excursion to the beautiful Winelands for wine tasting on one of the many estates in Stellenbosch, Franschhoek and Paarl. This delightful drive winds its way through superb mountain ranges, vineyards and Cape Dutch homesteads.

Day 4: Cape Town

This morning travel along the Atlantic Seaboard via Sea Point, Clifton and Camps Bay to Hout Bay, a quaint village and fishing harbour with magnificent mountain views and beach. Here you have the option to take a boat trip to Seal Island (seasonal). Carry on over Chapman’s Peak, one of the world’s most breathtaking coastal drives, to Cape Point, the most south-westerly tip of Africa and and the picturesque Good Hope Nature Reserve. After lunch travel on to Simon’s Town, a village with charming Victorian architecture. Our tour ends after a visit to the popular Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens.

Day 5: Cape Town - Kruger N.P.

This morning we are off to the airport in time for your flight to Johannesburg. Arriving here, the lodge team will transfer you to your accommodations. This afternoon enjoy the first of your included game activities.

Day 6: Kruger N.P.

Early this morning and later this afternoon you head off in open vehicles into the park in search of Africa’s Big Five. Keep those cameras ready! If you would like to get up close and personal with the animals you might want to arrange an optional guided walk with armed rangers.

Day 7: Kruger N.P. - Johannesburg

This morning we enjoy our last game drive in the National Park. By the afternoon it is time for us to drive to Johannesburg where you check into your hotel.

Day 8: Johannesburg

Today we will take you on a half day tour of Soweto, the biggest and most vibrant township in South Africa. Playing a main part in the apartheid struggle, Soweto today incorporates historical sites of the road to freedom which concludes with a visit to the Apartheid Museum. Afternoon is at your leisure.

Day 9: Johannesburg - Sun City

This morning we will drive to Sun City. Arriving intime for check in so you can maximize your time. Check into your rooms then opt to do as you please from the amazing range of activities you can partake here. (Accommodation included / activities are not)

Enjoy the day at leisure in Sun City.

Day 11: Sun City

This morning we return to Johannesburg Airport in time for your flight home, farewell from on the go!
