Day 1: Mt. Kilimanjaro & Moshi

On arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport you will be met and transferred to your hotel. Situated at the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro, your home for the night has stunning views of the Africa's tallest mountain. On arrival at the hotel you will be given a short safari briefing and the rest of the day is at leisure. Later on dinner is served at the hotel.

Day 2: Mt. Kilimanjaro & Moshi - Tarangire N.P.

Kilimanjaro - Tangire - Ngorongoro Highlands. We spend the morning on a game drive through Tarangire National Park with its shimmering acacia sands, old baobab trees, Masai tribes and herds of elephant. In the dry season of July - October, Tarangire National Park surpasses the Serengeto on terms of animal concentration as big herds begin to congregate around the Tarangire River. In the afternoon we continue on to Karatu and our lodge in the Ngorongoro Highlands.

Day 3: Tarangire N.P. - Serengeti N.P.

We set off to the vast plains of the Serengeti on a full day game drive taking a picnic lunch with us before checking into our lodge on the outskirts of the park. You will have more time to explore a larger area of the Serengeti, with its various landscapes, from savannahs, forests, dry river beds and rocky kopjes, all of which offering a better environment for a whole range of animals. Our picnic lunch will be enjoyed in a secluded spot in the park among the wildlife.

Day 4: Serengeti N.P.

Another full day in the magnificent Serengeti awaits on day 4 with an early start ensuring we see the animals at their most active.

Day 5: Serengeti N.P. - Ngorongoro Crater

After the thrills of the Serengeti game drive, we have a full day driving through the Serengeti towards the Ngorongoro Crater ending up at the Bougainvillea Lodge and passing through incredible scenery and game rich country en route.

Day 6: Ngorongoro Crater

we head to the Ngorongoro Crater, descending into the crater floor itself, for an exciting game drive. We spend the morning exploring this fascinating wildlife amphitheatre, home to nearly 25,000 animals, which remain in the crater due to the constant supply of water from the springs.

Day 7: Ngorongoro Crater - Lake Manyara N.P.

This morning we enjoy a game drive in Lake Manyara National Park whose shores are a shimmer of pink, due to the large flamingo population and which was dubbed as the ‘loveliest lake in Africa’ by Ernest Hemingway. We have a full day game drive in the park then later afternoon rest at your hotel.

Day 8: Lake Manyara N.P. - Zanzibar

This morning we enjoy a final game drive and if we're lucky we'll see the tree climbing lions that the park is famous for. We then head to Arusha Airport to catch your flight to Zanzibar. Arriving in Zanzibar, our team awaits to transfer you to your hotel.

Days 9-12: Zanzibar

Spend the next days at leisure, relaxing on the beautiful white sands and soaking up the sunshine. For those feeling active, there's a wide range of excursions available locally. Perhaps opt for a spot of snorkelling or scuba diving to see the incredible coral reefs teeming with exotic fish and perhaps the odd dolphin in the azure waters.

Day 13: Zanzibar

Sadly your journey has come to an end, we will transfer you to the airport in time for your flight home.
