We will pick you up from the airport and transfer you through to Kruger National Park.
Early this morning and later this afternoon you head off in open vehicles into the park in search of Africa’s Big Five. Keep those cameras ready! If you would like to get up close and personal with the animals you might want to arrange an optional guided walk with armed rangers.
This morning you will be taken to the Johannesburg Airport to fly to Livingstone. Here you will be met and transferred to your hotel in Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe. NOTE: The direct flight between Skukuza Airport and Livingstone only operates on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Zimbabwe is home to arguably the world’s most beautiful precipice, UNESCO-listed Victoria Falls. Victoria Falls, described by the Kololo tribe living in the area in the 1800’s as ‘Mosi-oa-Tunya’ - ‘the smoke that thunders’, is one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World. You have a tour of the Falls Inc entry fees and also a 12-13 Minute Helicopter Scenic Flight inc park fees.
Today you will have another amazing experience - to walk with lions! Walk alongside lions as part of the pride and enjoy the exhilaration of being part of a hunt as the young cubs learn to stalk their prey. We will then transfer you to the airport for the flight Port Elizabeth (via Johannesburg). Upon arrival in Port Elizabeth we will transfer you to the hotel.
We will drive you to the fashionable coastal town of Plettenberg Bay.You will have an Ocean Safari in Plettenberg Bay in search of Bottlenose and rare Indo-Pacific Humpback dolphins, as well as certain shark species. We will then take you to Monkeyland where a monkey safari within a lush indigenous forest is conducted.
Today you will have a full day in Tsitsikamma National Park, a beautiful 80km long coastal strip between Nature’s Valley and the mouth of Storms River. For those that are feeling adventurous there is the opportunity to conquer the highest bungee jump in the world at Bloukrans (optional, book locally). We spend the day hiking to the suspension bridge at Storms River mouth.
We travel towards Addo Elephant Park today, to our guest house on the edge of the park.
Overnight at your lodge. Optional activities on site can be booked and paid for direct such as Nature walks, hiking, bird watching, sundowners and more.
We will take you to Oudtshoorn today, home of ostrich farms. On our trip to one of the ostrich farms, you will have the option to ride one of these big birds! This afternoon we will take you to the Cango Caves before retiring to our accommodation. The Cango Caves are a series of caves, made up of a succession of underground holes and enclosures, which we will explore.
We commence with a cable car trip up the legendary Table Mountain for spectacular views of the Mother City and the surrounding peninsula. (weather permitting; cable car fee not included), Back in the city itself, we visit the well preserved Company Gardens, the S.A. Museum, the Castle of Good Hope and the vibrant and arty flea market, Greenmarket Square. We also take a trip through the colourful and picturesque Malay Quarter known as Bo-Kaap.
This is an awe-inspiring tour to the towering headland known as Cape Point. Magnificent beaches, breathtaking views, historic and picturesque coastal villages are to be seen along the way. The Cape Peninsula is one of the world’s most scenic areas and stretches from the City centre to Cape Point.
