Day 1: Nairobi - Amboseli

Welcome to Africa. Upon arrival we will pick you up from the airport and transfer you approx. 3 hours to Amboseli National Park for the evening.

Day 2: Amboseli

After a traditional breakfast you depart in the early morning on your first game drive! Returning back to the lodge for lunch, you will then proceed to the plains late afternoon for further game viewing.

This morning and afternoon you can enjoy game drives in Amboseli National Park.

Day 4: Amboseli - Karatu

Today you will leave Amboseli and begin your journey into Kenya’s equally charming neighbour, Tanzania (driver/vehicle will be necessary at the Namanga border). You will then be transferred onto Arusha for lunch then onto your accomodation in Karatu.

Day 5: Karatu

Today we drive to the understated Lake Manyara National Park, consisting of a narrow strip running between the Gregory Rift wall to the west and Lake Manyara, an alkaline or soda-lake, to the east, and is famous for its population of flamingos. This very scenic park will no doubt delight your senses.

Day 6: Karatu

Today you will be presented with another natural wonder, the Ngorongoro Crater. To experience the crater without the crowds you will rise early for a half day game drive. Enjoy a picnic on the edge of one of the crater’s lakes as you watch elephants quench their thirst from afar. Return to the lodge to relax and enjoy a well-earned feast.

Day 7: Karatu - Serengeti N.P.

Leaving the great spectacle of the crater behind you will drive to Tanzania's oldest and most popular national park, also a world heritage site and recently proclaimed as one of the 7 natural world wonders of modern time, the Serengeti National Park. A picnic lunch is included today. During your time here you can visit the Grumeti River - your guide will advise you the best time and day for this. Overnight Mbalageti Lodge – Tented Chalet.

Day 8: Serengeti N.P.

There’s nothing like an early morning start allowing you to experience one of the most ultimate game viewing experiences. After lunch at camp, return to the parks open plains in search for more wildlife viewing and experiences.

Day 9: Serengeti N.P. - Masai Mara N.P.

Today we will set off and head back towards Kenya (driver/vehicle will be necessary at the Sirare border). Taking a packed lunch we travel onto your accomodation at the Karen Blixen Camp.

Day 10: Masai Mara N.P.

This morning you can enjoy a game drive. Home to a wide variety of animals, the Mara is also famous for its Big Five. Depending on the game drive we’ll drive back to the lodge for a late lunch, only to return again to the reserve’s open plains late afternoon for more game viewing in the bush. After your lunch and before your afternoon game drive you can visit a Masai Village.

Day 11: Masai Mara N.P.

The day sees more game viewing. For the bird lovers there are over 450 species that have been identified in the Masai Mara Ecosystem.

Day 12: Masai Mara N.P. - Lake Nakuru

Today we will journey from Karen Blixen Camp and carry a packed lunch to Lake Nakuru National Park with game viewing en-route to the National Park.

Day 13: Lake Nakuru

Today you can enjoy both a morning and an afternoon game drives in Lake Nakuru National Park.

Day 14: Lake Nakuru - Nairobi

After lunch at Nakuru Lodge we will drive back to Nairobi.

Day 15: Nairobi

Today is sadly your last day with us with your onward departure airport transfer.
