Upon arrival at Victoria Falls you will be met and transferred to your lodge. Included is one dinner at Markuwa-Kuwa Restaurant, one Boma dinner, one sunset cruise and a guided tour of Victoria Falls (please discuss with the lodge upon arrival which days you would like to do the included activities so they can book for you subject to availability).
The next two days are free to explore and enjoy the many optional activities on offer in and around Victoria Falls town.
You will be transferred across the border to Chobe Game Lodge in neighbouring Botswana. The lodge has a prime position within Chobe National Park. Included is all meals, local brand drinks, complimentary mini bar, scheduled activities and national park fees.
Chobe is the second largest park in Botswana and covers an area of 10,566 km². With areas of marshland, flood plains, savannah, woodland and the Chobe and Savuti Rivers, the park is wonderfully diverse. Chobe has one of the greatest concentrations of game on the African continent and is known for its huge elephant population, with some 120,000 based in the park.
Today you will be transferred to Kasane airport for your flight to Camp Okavango. (Luggage is limited to 20kg per person, including hand luggage and camera equipment in a soft bag). Your stay at Camp Okavango includes all meals, local brand drinks, scheduled activities, national park fees and laundry.
Described as ‘the jewel of the Kalahari’, the Okavango Delta is a huge expanse of water in northern Botswana, which has travelled from the Angolan highlands, spreading out to form the largest inland river delta in the world. Studded with islands and reed banks, the Delta is renowned for its incredible variety of birdlife and animals including elephant, lion, leopard, buffalo, zebra, giraffe, wildebeest, hippo and crocodile.
Transfer to the Camp Okovango airstrip for a short flight to the Kwai airstrip and to Machaba Camp. (Luggage is limited to 20kg per person, including hand luggage and camera equipment in a soft bag). Your accommodation includes all meals, local brand drinks, lodge activities, park fees and laundry.
Situated on the eastern tongue of the Okavango Delta in the game rich Khwai area overlooking the Moremi Game Reserve is Machaba Camp. Built along the beautiful riverine tree-line of the Khwai River, this child friendly tented camp boasts instant game viewing from its prime river front setting. Activities available from Machaba include morning and evening game drives, walking (subject to guide availability) and local community visits.
Travel back to the airstrip for your flight (luggage is limited to 20kg per person, including hand luggage and camera equipment in a soft bag) to Maun Airport to connect with your departure flight home.
