Day 2: Nairobi
Today you will have a half-day trip to the Nairobi National Park. This park is just outside Nairobi and despite its closeness to the city is home to over 80 recorded species. It is Kenya’s oldest park having been established in 1946. It is a glorious stretch of Savannah that is set against the dramatic skyline of Nairobi, the capital city.
Day 3: Nairobi
After breakfast drive to Lake Nakuru National Park for a day trip. Game drive in the park and lunch at Sarova Lion Hill Lodge. Drive back to Nairobi in the evening.
Day 4: Nairobi - Masai Mara N.P.
Depart after breakfast for the Masai Mara and check into your lodge. Afternoon game drive in Masai Mara Reserve.
Day 5: Masai Mara N.P.
Full day game drive. Today you will set off on a full day’s game drive taking a picnic lunch. You will have more time to explore a larger area of the Masai Mara, with its various landscapes, from savannahs, forests, dry river beds and rocky kopjes, all of which offering a better environment for a whole range of animals. Your picnic lunch will be enjoyed in a scheduled spot in the reserve among the wildlife.
Day 6: Masai Mara N.P.
The day sees more game viewing both in the morning and late afternoon. For the bird lovers there are over 450 species that have been identified in the Maasai Mara Ecosystem.
Day 7: Masai Mara N.P. - Mombasa
Morning game drive in the Mara North Conservancy. Lunch at the camp and thereafter transfer to the airstrip for the flight to Mombasa. Depart at 1400hrs / Arrive at 1630hrs. Met on arrival at Ukunda Airstrip and transferred to the hotel. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Day 17: Mombasa - Nairobi
We will transfer you to the airport for the flight to Nairobi. On arrival we will transfer you to the hotel.
