Day 7: Mt. Kilimanjaro & Moshi - Karatu
As per our group Mt Kilimanjaro climb. This afternoon we will pick you up on Moshi and transfer you to the Bougainvillea Lodge.
Day 8: Karatu - Serengeti N.P.
Today we will transfer you to Serengeti and in the afternoon you will have a game drive. You will have time to explore a larger area of the Serengeti, with its various landscapes, from savannahs, forests, dry river beds and rocky kopjes, all of which offering a better environment for a whole range of animals.
Day 9: Serengeti N.P.
There’s nothing like an early morning start to experience one of the most ultimate game viewing sessions. After a hot drink you will soon be wide-awake as you watch wildlife in its most active time. For something completely different, we can arrange an early morning balloon safari over the Serengeti (optional). After lunch at camp, return to the plains in search for more wildlife viewing and experiences. As the evening light approaches, you will be thoroughly rewarded with all your game spotting with sundowners.
Day 11: Serengeti N.P. - Ngorongoro Crater
Say goodbye to the enchanting Serengeti National Park and hello to another natural wonder, the Ngorongoro Crater. This incredible formation is part of the larger Ngorongoro Conservation Area, which covers more than 8300 square kilometres. The actual crater is 260 square kilometres and 620m deep.
Day 12: Ngorongoro Crater - Zanzibar
We leave the Ngorongoro Crater after breakfast and head back to Arusha in time for lunch. After lunch we transfer you to the airstrip for the flight to Zanzibar. Upon arrival in Zanzibar we will pick you up from the airport and transfer you to the villas.
Day 13: Zanzibar
Spend the days at leisure, relaxing on the beautiful white sands and soaking up the sunshine. For those feeling active, there's a wide range of excursions available locally. Perhaps opt for a spot of snorkelling or scuba diving to see the incredible coral reefs teeming with exotic fish and perhaps the odd dolphin in the azure waters.
Day 17: Zanzibar
We will transfer you to the airport in time for your departure flight from Zanzibar airport.
