Tell us a little about yourself and why you’re wearing that outfit?
Originally from London, travelling has been much of my life, first living abroad with my family in Thailand and South Africa, then backpacking, before deciding to turn my passion into my work and working in the travel industry. The outfit was for the London Moonwalk - a walking marathon to raise money for breast cancer, at night through the centre of London, wearing decorated bras - an incredible atmosphere.
What are your top 5 on Planet Earth?
1) Africa generally – its a stunning continent and the spine tingling experience of seeing a big cat kill is out of this world, plus the sheer beauty of the landscape, African skies, clambering to the top of Dune 45 in Namibia - I could go on (but I am biased after living there for 15 years!)!
2) Mongolia – staying in a ger, walking through Terelj National Park, horse-riding, trying the local drink with a nomadic family (fermented mare's milk) - its an acquired taste!
3) Petra – walking through the Siq for the first time is totally breathtaking - amazing colours, the sheer grandeur of the rocks and then if that wasn’t enough, to see the Treasury in front of you - what a sight. And yes, thoughts of Indiana Jones did cross my mind.
4) Marrakech – the souk is a real labyrinth (and yes, I did get lost!), the main square is such a hive of activity, the sights and smells accost you as you wander through, the gorgeous riads (I want a courtyard in my house!).
5) The Hermitage, St Petersburg – what a museum! So, so much to see, I don’t think I'll ever tire of going there. Inspiring and impressive - a real treat!

Tell us something we probably don’t know about an OTG destination
Zanzibar, the spice island, was the starting point for many explorers in Africa, including Livingstone who was the first European to see Victoria Falls, which he renamed from Mosi-oa-Tunya to Victoria Falls (after Queen Victoria).
