Hi Sally.

Thanks for organising such a great trip for us. The service, accommodation, meals and transport were way above our expectations.

We would like to give a special mention to Macy who looked after us in Beijing, what an excellent representative for your company, she was friendly, very knowledgable and helpful. We can not speak highly enough of her. The driver who accompanied Macy was also excellent and friendly, surprising us with a visit to the Bird’s Nest and the Water cube on our last day. True assets for On The Go.

Benny who looked after us in X’ian, seemed in a rush to get us to complete all of our activities on the one day, and while in transit spent more time talking to his driver (in Vietnamese) than looking after us, it was difficult to then get his attention to ask questions.

David in Chongquing was again brilliant and very knowledgable.

The cruise was great and the crew were very friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful time, thanks again for helping us, you did a wonderful job and we will certainly be using On The Go again and recommending to anyone we can.

Just a quick note to say thanks for organising the hotel accommodation and transfers for our recent trip to Beijing and Xi'an.

We both had a fantastic time and the pick ups worked like clockwork. The local guides Macy (in Beijing) and Chris (in Xi'an) were both helpful and knowledgeable.

Thanks for your email, and thanks for all you help in setting up what was an amazing trip. We had a really great time and got to see so much in a relatively short time.

The whole trip was a really good mix, in terms of site seeing, accommodation, food and location - i.e city and rural.

Trains were very comfortable and cars and drivers were great.

Highlight has to be the the five days spent with our guide we met in Lijiang, Lilly. She was an amazing guide and the hiking and home stay were brilliant. I would deffinatly recommend this to anyone if they are physically up to it, though Lilly made us aware of a driving option, which we wouldn't have done, but for those less keen on the hiking this could be an option.

Hotels in Lijiang and Yangshou were also quite spectacular.

Just wanted to say that we had a fantastic time on our trip to China this July. We were very impressed with how smooth the organisation was with great service from your tour reps from the moment we arrived at Beijing airport to the moment we checked in 9 days later in Shanghai airport.

The tour group was a great bunch of people and our tour leader - Regina- must be singled out for her excellent work in keeping us all organised and helping us out. The tour was a great introduction to China and the hotels were excellent. It was great to see the Hutongs and to ride bicycles around the walls of Xian as well as seeing the standard tourist sights of the Forbidden City and the Great Wall. We also especially enjoyed the train rides and the choice for the eclipse site was excellent - it was just a shame the weather did not co-operate.

All in all a fantastic experience which we will treasure forever

Just wanted to let you know what a fantastic trip we have just had in China. It was better than we could ever have imagined. Everybody was so friendly and helpful. Our tour guide "Fenge" was so good and there was nothing she wouldnt do to accommodate us, your Company is very lucky to have her.

Well done "On the Go" for putting together a trip in a lifetime, excellent.

A note of thanks for the super tour to Shanghai for the eclipse!! Even though we had cloudiness, there was enough sun viewing and the darkness to make me happy. The site for viewing was just right.

Of course, we were coming off the previous 2 days of superb touring with our great group of 33 English and Americans guided by Jackie, a wonderful guide. We all seemed to have a great 5 day run in China(I know I did!). All arrangements were handled by Jackie very well. He was a joy to be with; with his orange flag we could always find him. He handled the last minute change by 3 passengers to the airport, when they had told him they would get there themselves, well. I feel he is in the right business!

Again, thank you for arranging a wonderful, smoothly running 5 day tour for this Eclipse. It has made me think positively about the 2010 or 2011, 2012 eclipse tours. Keep me in touch, please.

I can't believe that it is nearly 6 weeks since we returned from our trip. I have been meaning to email you ever since to tell
you that we had the most wonderful trip - Tibet in particular was a never to be forgotten experience and we are both
determined to go back.

I guess you know that there were 8 of us to start but we lost 5 within the first two days - taken off by the Chinese authorities and put in quarantine because someone on their flights had tested positive for swine flu. We were very lucky to escape.

Your tour guides were as usual fabulous. In particular Pembe in Tibet was unbelievable - what a wonderful man we learnt so much from him. Tibet really made us feel very humble - difficult to put into words how special we found it.

Anyway suffice to say that next year we intend motorbiking in the USA but future trips lined up include a return to Tibet; Vietnam and Cambodia; Peru; Chile and Mongolia so you shall be seeing us again. We cannot speak highly enough of On the Go!!

A faultless tour which ran like clockwork so full compliments to our guide Jin who showed us China through his eyes. Couldn't fault a thing - a very enjoyable and educational 13 days.
