Day 1: Guilin - Yangshuo

Welcome to China! Upon arrival we will pick you up from Guilin airport and transfer you to Yanghshuo for the evening. Overnight Overnight Magnolia Hotel or similar (Yanghuo).

Day 2: Yangshuo

Today enjoy a bamboo river raft ride along the Yulong River. Overnight Overnight Magnolia Hotel or similar (Yanghuo).

Day 3: Yangshuo - Guilin

Today we will travel to Guilin and enroute visit the Reed Flute Caves enroute.

Day 4: Guilin - Chengdu

Today we will transfer you to the airport for your flight to Chengdu. Upon arrival we will transfer you to your hotel for the evening. Overnight Hotel Sunjoy Inn or similar (Chengdu).

Day 5: Chengdu

Today enjoy a guided tour of Leshan Buddha, Pandas Centre and the Tea House. Overnight Hotel Sunjoy Inn or similar (Chengdu).

Today we will transfer you to the airport for your flight to Xi'an. Upon arrival you can enjoy a tour of City Wall, Big wild goose Pagoda, Muslim Market. Overnight Howard Johnson Ginwa Plaza or similar (Xi'an).

Day 7: Xi'an

Today we visit the Terracotta Warrior archaeological site where 7,000 Warriors stand battle ready and have done so for the past 2,200yrs. Try counting them! Overnight Howard Johnson Ginwa Plaza or similar (Xi'an).

Day 8: Xi'an - Beijing

Today we will transfer you to the airport for your flight to Beijing. Upon arrival we will transfer you to your hotel for the evening. Overnight Lusong Yuan Binguan or similar (Beijing).

Day 9: Beijing

This morning, we explore the heart of Beijing including the vast Tiananmen Square where Chairman Mao’s tomb and various monuments to the people are located. Dominating the city’s heart is the Forbidden City, a centre of power for five centuries and seat of the emperors. Later we also visit Summer Palace, set on Kunming Lake. Day 10: Beijing - Chengde

Today enjoy a guided tour of the Jinshaling section of the Great Wall. Built in the Ming Dynasty, a 6m wide pathway makes a formidable defense, following the highest contours of a steep range of hills. Overnight Puningsi Shangketang Hotel or similar (Chengde).
