Today you fly from Guilin to Hangzhou. Upon arriving in Hangzhou you will be transferred to Huangshan (3 hours by coach).
Today you have the whole day to visit the Yellow Mountain. Considered the most beautiful mountain in China, Yellow Mountain or Huangshan is one of a range of 72 peaks in the south of Anhui Province. Set amidst rural landscapes and with slopes clad in pine forests, the ethereal scenery is nothing short of breathtaking. It’s said that once you’ve ascended the peaks, you’ll never want to climb another mountain, such is its beauty.
Today you will be transferred to Suzhou. Suzhou, a 2,500-year-old cultural city is located in the south of Jiangsu, a province that hugs the coast south of Shandong province in an area of rivers that crisscross the Yangtze River Delta of southeastern China. A sort of oriental Venice, boats bob along waterways interwoven with small yet handsome bridges that run parallel to the streets and traditional houses built along them. Suzhou’s waterways link with the Grand Canal, located to the west of the city. Later today you will board a high speed train to Shanghai.
Today you will visit Yu Garden and the Jade Buddha temple. Later today you will get the opportunity to go on a Huangpu River Cruise.
Today, we visit the Oriental Pearl TV tower, Bund and the Old City where we can enjoy shopping on Nanjing Road.
Today we bid you farewell and transfer you to the airport for your onward flight home.
