Huan ying, welcome to China and the start of your holiday! Airport arrival transfer and hotel check in.
This morning, we tour the centre of Beijing including the massive Tiananmen Square and the sprawling Forbidden City. Boasting some 9999 rooms, the city within a city was once the sole preserve of the Chinese emperors. We visit the Great Hall of People, Jingshan Park, the Temple of Heaven and the Lama Temple. Tonight, we enjoy a Peking Duck dinner and attend a Chinese acrobatic performance.
Today, we drive beyond Beijing to Badaling, to walk a section of the famous Great Wall. Built in the Ming Dynasty, a 6m wide pathway makes a formidable defence, following the highest contours of a steep range of hills. We visit the Ming Tomb, Jade Gallery and stop for a photo of the Olympic Village (Water Cude and Birds Nest). In the evening go shopping in Wangfujing Street.
We visit the Emperor's Summer Palace, set on Kunming Lake and the Beijing Zoo to see a Panda. Later today, transfer to the gartantuous Silk Alley Markets.
This morning, we transfer you to the airport for your flight to Xi'an, where you will be met and transferred to your hotel. Later we tour the Terracotta Warrior archaeological site where some 7,000 warriors stand in battle ready position and a factory demonstrating how the warriors are crafted. We visit the Horses Museum and the Xi'an Old City Walls. Enjoy a Dumpling Banquet for dinner together with a Tang Dynasty Performance.
This morning, we transfer you to the airport for your flight to Hangzhou, where you will be met and transferred to Hangzhou Xuejun Hight School. Clients to make own arrangements in Hangzhou from here.
This morning, the group will be pciked up at Xuejun Hight School and depart for Shanghai. En route, we visit Wuzhen to enjoy sightseeing in this water village just outside Shanghai. On arrival into Shanghai, we visit teh famous 'Pearl TV Tower' and enjoy a buffet dinner on the Tower. After dinner, enjoy cruising on the Huangpu River to view Shanghai by night.
Focus your eyes on spectacular Shanghai. Perhaps China’s most modern city, its amazing Pudong skyline is stunning. After breakfast at our hotel, we take a tour of the many city sights including Yuyuan Garden, Cheng Huang Temple, Shanghai Museum, the business district of Nanjing Road and The Bund.
After breakfast, transfer to Tai Kang Road for last minute shopping before transferring after lunch to the airport.
