Today is the start of your Chinese adventure, you will be met by one of our reps from the airport and transferred to your hotel, the rest of the day is at your own leisure.
Today is a morning of exploration of the centuries old capital. We will visit the sites of the famous Tiananmen Square, the fabulous Forbidden City and take a rickshaw through the Hutongs!
Today we drive beyond Beijing to Badaling to walk a section of the famous Great Wall. Built in the Ming Dynasty, a 6m wide pathway makes a formidable defense, following the highest contours of a steep range of hills.
Today we visit the Temple of Heaven where we can enjoy some time perhaps kite flying and continue onto Summer Palace, set on Kunming Lake, to view the lavishly decorated temples, halls and courts, reconstructed in 1902. At Silk Alley, there’s a chance to indulge in a little retail therapy. Then catch an overnight train to Xian.
Arrive in Xian early morning, met by your guide and taken to your hotel. Today you will be taken to see The Terracotta Warrior archaeological site, we visit a workshop where we see the process used to create the terracotta figurines. In battle formation, the Terracotta Warriors are one of China’s most awesome sights.
Today, we visit Big Wild Goose Pagoda and the Muslim Quarter. Encircling the old city is Xi’an’s medieval City Wall, where we enjoy a hired bike ride. Enjoy the remsinder of today in your own time to explore the beautifull city.
This morning we fly to Jiuzhaigou. You will be met by your guide and transferred to the hotel. In the afternoon you will be taken to the beautiful Huanglong Scenic Area for a taster before the big day tomorrow.
After breakfast you will then be taken back to The Huanglong Scenic Area and you will enjoy a full day exploring the wildlife and nature.
This morning you will fly to Chengdu where you will be met by your guide and taken to your hotel. Later that day you will visit Jinli Street, Kuanzhai Lane.
After breakfast you will venture to the Panda Centre. Located just 10km (6miles) away from downtown Chengdu, the Chengdu Panda Breeding Research Centre has been created and imitates the pandas' natural habitat in order that they might have the best possible environment for rearing and breeding. It's a full day excursion where you will also get to see other endangered species and the famous giant Buddha sculpture.
Today you have completely at your leisure. Chengdu is a great place to explore, from the ancient traditions to the vibrant fast pace youth this city will keep you entertained all day long.
Today is the end of your Chinese adventure, we will transfer you to the airport and say goodbye!
