Day 1: Beijing
Huan ying, welcome to China and the start of your holiday! Airport arrival transfer and hotel check in.
Day 2: Beijing
This morning, we tour the centre of Beijing including the massive Tiananmen Square and the sprawling Forbidden City. Boasting some 9999 rooms, the city within a city was once the sole preserve of the Chinese emperors.
Day 3: Beijing
Today enjoy a day hiking at the Great wall in an area known as Jingshinlang which is a more remote area so less geared to tourists which really enhances your experience.
Day 5: Xi'an
Arriving into Xian our local guide will meet you and take you to the hotel. Later we tour the Terracotta Warrior archaeological site where some 7,000 warriors stand in battle ready position and a factory demonstrating how the warriors are crafted.
Day 6: Xi'an - Wuhan
Today a visit to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and take a bicycle ride along the mile in length, medieval City Wall. After we have a look at the Muslim Quarter of the city before boarding the train to Wuhan.
Day 7: Wuhan
Arrival -- Our local guide will assist with taking you to your hotel. Day at leisure to explore a car and guide will be with you to go out and explore the places your ancestors lived.

Day 9: Wuhan - Yangtze & Three Gorges
Morning/afternoon at leisure with car and guide at disposal. Later afternoon/evening included High speed train tickets to Yichang. Arrival and the local guide will take you for boarding the Yangtze cruise the sets off at 22:00.
Day 10: Yangtze & Three Gorges
Enjoy sailing the Yangtze -- Set sail through Xiling Gorge -- Optional tour Tribe of Three Gorges（optional) -- Shore excursion to the Three Gorges Dam -- Sail through 5-stage shiplock
Day 11: Yangtze & Three Gorges
Enjoy sailing the Yangtze -- Shore excursion to White Emperor City (optional) Sailing through Qutang Gorge, Wu Gorge -- Boat excursion to Shennong Stream -- Sailing through Xiling Gorge.
Day 13: Yangtze & Three Gorges - Songpan
This morning fly to Jiuzhaigou - a region that for centuries has been inhabited by various Tibetan and Qiang people. Tour the Huanglong Monastery - built during the reign of Ming Emperor Hongwu -- Transfer to Songpan.
Day 14: Songpan - Jiuzhaigou
Today enjoy a full day back country horse riding trip to visit local and remote villages of Ethnic Minorities and taking in the spectacular scenery. Evening transfer to Jiuzhaigou reserve area.
Day 15: Jiuzhaigou
Today is spent exploring the Jiuzhaigou Scenic Reserve with your expert local guide.
Day 16: Jiuzhaigou - Chengdu
Morning flight to Chengdu. An hour’s drive to the north west leads you to the ancient city of Dujiangyan. It was here, in 256 BC that provincial governer Li Bing set up the Dujiangyan Irrigation Scheme. Tour the dam site, view the Anlan Suspension Bridge and the Dragon Taming Temple. Evening at leisure to explore Chengdu city.
Day 17: Chengdu
Morning visit to the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding a short drive out of town. Afternoon free time to explore the city.
Day 18: Chengdu - Emei Shan
Driving to Leshan our morning is spent exploring the the UNESCO World Heritage Listed Dafo (Great Buddha), which is carved into the red sandstone face of Lingyun Hill. Driving onward take in the views from Emei Shan arrive and check into your hotel.
Day 19: Emei Shan
Enjoy a full day with your guide on the mountain and taking in the all the ancient temples and stunning scenery.
