Day 2: Lijiang
Arrival into Beijing scheduled for 09.30. Flight Beijing to Lijiang, MU5716 - 1400/1915 Met by guide and transfer to hotel .
Day 3: Lijiang
Day at leisure in Lijiang. Our guide can meet you at the hotel to take you around Lijiang Old Town to visit, and also to local market south of town if you wish. (no car included today)
Day 4: Lijiang
Today visit Baisha, Fuguo Monastery and Jade Peak Monastery by bicycle. Trip with guide including cost of bicycle hire. We will have maps of the area available for you.
Day 5: Lijiang - Tiger Leaping Gorge
Lijiang----Qiaotou----Tea Horse Guesthouse From Lijiang driving about 3 hours to Qiaotou, then hiking about 5~6hours to Tea Horse Guesthouse. Today is without guide. Double room to yourself at Tea Horse Guesthouse.
Day 6: Tiger Leaping Gorge
Tea Horse Guesthouse -- Tina's --- Sean's Guesthouse. Overnight stay in Sean's Guesthouse. Today is spent without guide, Nice room will be booked in advance at Seans' Guesthouse.
Day 7: Tiger Leaping Gorge - Zhongdian (Shangri-La)
Haba village----Baishui Tai----Shangri-La. Overnight stay in hotel. Today spent with Guide.
Day 8: Zhongdian (Shangri-La)
Shangri-la. One day trip to visit Putacuo National Park (Bita park and Shudu Lake) with guide. The visit to Shudu Lake gives you the opportunity to do some hiking around the lake...
Day 9: Zhongdian (Shangri-La)
Hiking around Tiansheng Bridge and Xiagei Hot Spring. Overnight Shangri La. Today with guide. When we return we visit Xiao Zhongdian, which offers some beautiful landscapes.
Day 10: Zhongdian (Shangri-La) - Lijiang
This morning visit Songzan Lin Temple, then driving about 4-5 hours back to Lijiang with guide.
Day 11: Lijiang
Today we take a day trip to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain to visit Yak Meadow. Cable car ride is included. We can arrange to arrive early to avoid the queues. When we arrive at Yak Meadow there will be time for approximately 2 hours hiking. Trip with guide.
