Competition terms and conditions: Go to Rio Carnival competition

On the Go Tours is giving away one Go to Rio Carnival tour for two people.

ENTERING THE COMPETITION:

In order to enter, contestants must answer the following question:

How many tours does On The Go Tours operate to South America and Central America?

The answers must be posted as comments on THIS PHOTOGRAPH on our Facebookpage.

RULES OF ENGAGEMENT

On the Go Tours reserves the right to disqualify or not post any entries that we deem inappropriate.

This competition is open to residents of all countries who are aged 18 and over.

By entering this contest, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these rules. In sending your contest entry, you are agreeing that the content submitted is original work created by you and to your knowledge does not infringe upon the literary, artistic, dramatic, musical, personal, privacy, publicity, civil, copyright, trademark, property, or other rights of any third party.

By participating in this contest, contestants waive all claims to intellectual property rights in the entry, including trademark, copyright and patent rights. To the extent that such waiver is ineffective or unenforceable, contestants hereby grant On the Go and its agents a non-exclusive license to copy, modify, display and sublicense the entry without geographical limitations or further compensation to the contestant of any kind.

THE WINNERS

By entering, the winner consents to use of his/her name and likeness for advertising or promotional purposes without additional compensation. On the Go Tours reserves the right to disqualify or not use any material deemed inappropriate towards the reputation of the On the Go brand.

The winners need to acknowledge that all materials submitted may be used exclusively by On the Go Tours and that they also release On the Go Tours from any and all claims, liabilities, responsibilities, or damages arising from transmitting, reproducing, distributing, displaying, or publishing your original photographs, video footage and travel articles.

CHOOSING THE WINNERS

Entry to the competition closes on 

Before the end of January 2012, the winner for each category will be chosen by On the Go Tours. Once the contest closes we will declare the winner. Our decision is final and cannot be altered.

The prize consists of a Go to Rio Carnival tour for two people. The prize excludes flights, visas, tipping kitty or travel insurance.

The winner will be notified by e-mail and/or on facebook. By claiming the prize, the winner agrees that the prize is awarded upon the condition that On the Go Tours and their respective agencies or employees will have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damage of any kind caused by the prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of any prize.
