Dear John,
Well, Rob and I have returned from Sandblaster ..and for me it was the best two weeks I have ever spent anywhere !
Much of this is down to the professionalism and expertise of all the people concerned within the on the go team. We were treated like royalty throughout and made to feel very special, especially in the Western desert when there were 4 of the on the go team for just 2 of us ..including Bob who I thought was just the cook until I saw his photo in the brochure as the Operations Manager !!!!
Our guides...just top drawer... little Mo from Iraq who made sure we saw the real Egypt by adding in some little extras of his own..and especially the wonderful, talented, linguistically gifted, funny and fount of all knowledge ..Hani ..who held us spellbound throughout. It was such a privilege to see how he handled such a disparate group from all parts of the world with such consumate ease and grace. Despite being two of the older mebers of the party, we never once felt left out.
We are still astonished at how much we packed in to this fortnight. I had to laugh..not to much tho ....when I saw a garage in Cairo called on the run .....very appropriate for the way my inners are still behaving !!.
Please feel free to use any of this in your testimonials page on your website. We want to do the on the go experience to South America next time. Please let us know when the details are available.
In the meantime, please pass on my thanks who made everything so memorable for us !
Yours sincerely,
Philip Baldwin, Sandblaster, 06 March 2007

Dear Megan,
Just to let you know that I have recently returned from my 'King Tut' holiday in Egypt. I had a fantastic time mainly due to the excellent guide - Sherif, who made sure that all our needs were seen to and that we all had a fun time. The highlight of the trip was the felucca as it gave us the opportunity to get to know each other really well, and Sherif was a perfect host in the evenings providing us with entertainment , fun, and getting us all to join in. I'd also like to mention the airport rep Eunice who immediately made me feel welcome on arrival in Cairo. We bumped into him several times on the tour and he welcomed me as an old friend - even helping me with my cases.
I was very lucky to have won this holiday and will certainly recommend 'on the go' to others.

I just wanted to say thanks for all your help in organising a fantastic holiday.
Got back to Sydney a couple of hours ago and have to say that the trip was fantastic. I was really impressed with all the guides - they couldn't have been better. On the go have been brilliant the whole way through and I would not hestitate to recommend (or travel again) with you.
Thanks once again for your help for such a memorable holiday.
Kind regards,

I am just writing to thank you for the amazing trip I have just completed with On the Go.
First and foremost, the organisation, the hotels and transport were first class. Infact, the hotels surpassed the level I was expecting to find in Egypt.
Also, please encourage people who go to Egypt with you to head into Jordan. They are truly missing out on seeing an amazing part of the world.
This was my second trip with On the Go and I would definitely go with you again as you offer great value for money and the organisation and guides are second to none. I would and already do recommend On the Go to anyone who talks to me about my travels.
Again, thank you for such a great trip. Jo Le Bherz, Road to Jordan, 10 February 2007

Janet,
My husband and I took the King Ramses tour to Egypt last month. We turned in glowing evaluations, but again wanted to state in another way just how much we appreciated the attentiveness that was given to everyone on the tour. Waleed was especially compassionate and frequently went out of his way to take care of each individual member of a large tour of 32 people. His ability to deal with constant adjustments that were going on in the background to arrange each day and provide a professional and fun atmosphere for the group was truly incredible! I've done a lot of event planning, but have never had to deal with details in a developing country ... where details shift and adjust on a daily basis. The whole team did a phenominal job of providing us with a well rounded and fun experience. It was so much more than we ever expected.
Thanks again,

Jane,
Thank you for booking us a remarkable trip. My mom and I have never been on a better vacation. The accomodations were fantastic and our tour guide Hani was the best ever. He went above and beyond for us even arranging a dinner in the Nubia village for us. I couldn't even tell you the highlight of our trip because all the sights were phenomonal. I would definitely choose on the go again. It was so easy with all of our entrance fees included and there was no hassle what so ever. I can't wait to head back to Egypt as soon as possible. Thank you for all your help with my questions. I will never forget this trip.

Dear On the Go
I am writing to thank you for the fabulous trip I have just had in Egypt and Jordan. I did the Road To Jordan departing 10/2/07 and had an absolute blast. Your organisation is perfect, well run, everything went smoothly and I felt safe every step of the way. The meet and greet service at Cairo airpoirt was welcomed, the representative was in a great spot with a very clear sign and introduced himself and explained what we had to do. He was very friendly and gave us an overview of Cairo on the way to the hotel.
Our tour guide Waleed Kaumona I cannot praise highly enough. He is a truly wonderful man with a huge heart and a passion for his country. Every step of the way he was informative, interesting and explained everything in a way we could remember with little stories and wild gesticulating of his arms to emphasis a point. I will forever remember his story of the pregnant man with 2 big bobbies and the one arm one leg big thing. He truly cares about his groups and does everything in his power to ensure we are happy and have a good time. Every step of the way he made sure all the options and bolt ons were fully explained and did his best to sort them out for us. The meeting on day one was informative and when several of our group came down with the tummy terribles he made sure they were looked after and everyone had the correct medication. At the end of our tour in his day off he took us out in Cairo, fed us, watered us then accompained us to the airport even though it was not required of him. Waleed is a real assest to your company and you should be proud to have a man of his calibre working for you.
Our guide in Jordan, Ibraham was a lovely man and really had his work cut out for him with us 3 girls who had been together for 16 days already. He was a wee bit shy of us at first as we were so loud and in his face but he warmed up to us quickly and was interesting and informative and answered all our questions. The trip to Wadi Rum just rocks and Mohamed keeps a lovely clean campsite, having flush toilets was an unexpected bonus!.
All the other people we met along the way such as the local representatives and drivers were very nice and treated us well.
All in all I had a really great time, your organisation is wonderful and I will be recommending On the Go to my friends, as I have done with your ANZAC trips.

I recently returned from Egypt taking the Dunes and Tombs tour. I just wanted to say I had a wonderful time. Your guides were wonderful and I sure got full value for the money spent. I have travelled with other adventure tour companies to other countries and were pleased with all of them however this trip seemed a little more pleasurable made partly by the guides and the Egyptian people who worked in the hospitality industry. If you ever need a recommendation do not hesitate to send them to me.
Thanks for the wonderful experience in Egypt.

Hi Janet,
Dave & I enjoyed our tour tremendously and were very impressed with the friendliness, sense of humor and competance of all your guides. All segments of the tour went off exremely well and were well organized. The only negative was a 2.5 hr late train from Cairo which is definitely not your responsibility. Thanks for all your help - it was truly a wonderful experience!

It was so well orgainsed, nothing was ever too much trouble, and it was reasonably priced. Please pass on my special thanks to Sheriff Hassan, Samir, Mohammed Yunis, Mostafa el-sharif, Nash and Hany in Luxor and Ahmed Fahim in Dahab! They were all wonderful and friendly, without their care my trip may not have been so good. Also I would like to tell you how impressed I was with your dive centre in Dahab, they were so friendly, I had a ball diving, and I think its safe to say that Dahab has captured my heart.
Thanks for the great memories Lauren Morley, King Ramses, 20 January 2007

I just wanted to let you know that we had a fabulous trip to Egypt. You certainly live up to your name - we've never had a more action packed holiday. Mark - my partner - celebrated his 40th birthday in Cairo and it's an occasion he'll never forget. What a city!
We were looked after extremely well - the reps were fantastic - friendly, punctual, flexible and very enthusiastic. The guides were superb and we were very lucky to be the only two people on the Jewel of the Nile tour so we had their undivided attention. We'll never forget having breakfast on the first morning of the trip at the wonderful Mena House. It took us a few minutes to realise that the object filling the window was the Great Pyramid. The Nile cruiser was brilliant and we're in total agreement with the Agha Khan that Aswan is one of the most beautiful places on earth. The guide organised a visit to the botanic gardens there at no extra cost and it was an afternoon never to be forgotten.
It was a fantastic experience and we'll be back for more in the not too distant future. We're considering India next! Thank you for a truly remarkable holiday.

I recently returned from Egypt and your Classic Family adventure. I don't usually make extra comments but I must because it was such a wonderful experience with an EXTRAORDINARY guide. Mohamed El-Maghrabi was not only knowledgeable and passionate about Egypt's history but understood our culture and thinking and therefore helped us see, appreciate and deeply experience Egypt. He was professional, genuinely kind and fun - a combination that made my granddaughter's first international trip such a positive and memorable one. THANKS OnTheGo and Mohamed!
