Day 1: Cairo

Hello and welcome to Cairo home to the Great Pyramids. Upon arrival you will be met by our local representatives and transferred to your accommodation. Enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure. Overnight Cairo.

Day 2: Cairo

Today we will take you to visit the famous pyramids and lion-headed Sphinx at Giza Plateau. Sole survivors from the ancient Greek-listed Seven Wonders of the World, the pyramids are the planet’s oldest tourist attraction! Gaze in awe at Cheops (Khufu) - the largest of the three great pyramids. Constructed from over 2.5 million limestone blocks it is thought to have taken more than 20 years to construct. Continuing to Saqqara for more sights. Overnight Cairo

Day 3: Cairo

Today you will enjoy a guided excursion to see the dazzling antiquities of ancient Egypt at the Egypt Museum. Afterwards you visit the hustle and bustle of the Khan el Khalili bazaar. Overnight Cairo

Day 4: Cairo - Nile Cruising

This morning you will say goodbye to the capital as you are transferred to the airport in time for your flight to Luxor. Upon arrival you will be met by our local representatives and transferred to your Nile Cruiser. Today you visit the West Bank and the Valley of the Kings. Here you will visit Hatshepsut temple and Colossi of Memnon. Overnight Onboard Nile Cruiser.

Days 5-6: Nile Cruising

Spend the next couple of days sailing down the Nile River onboard your Nile Cruiser. Over the next couple of days you will make some stops to see some of the major sites offered along the Nile. Today you will visit Karnak temple and Edfu Temple. Tomorrow Before reaching Aswan you will make a stop to visit Kom Ombo. Overnight Onboad Nile Cruiser

Day 7: Nile Cruising - Aswan

Today, we enjoy a short boat trip to Agilika Island for Philae Temple - dedicated to the goddess Isis. The temple dates from 4th century BC but the Ptolomies and the Romans up to 3rd century AD built most of the existing structures. After lunch, a visit to the High Dam and take a felucca cruise to Elephantine and Kitchener Island. As the sun sets, free time to shop in the colourful souks and markets or simply relax and watch an amazing sunset in Egypt’s southern most town straddling the River Nile. Overnight - Nile Cruiser

Day 8: Aswan

This morning you will fly to Abu simbel for a sightseeing trip to remember!! You will be guided for around 2 hrs then free to explore what should have been one of the seven wonders of the world. Afterwards you will fly back to Aswan and enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure. Overnight Aswan.

Day 9: Aswan - Cairo

Leaving Aswan behind today you are transferred to the airport in time for your flight back to Cairo and your last night in Egypt. Upon arrival enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure. Overnight Cairo

Sadly your time with us has come to and end as you are transferred to the airport in time for your departure flight to you onward destination.
