Day 1: Cairo

Welcome to Cairo home to the Pyramids. Upon arrival you will be met by our local representatives and transferred to your hotel. Enjoy the rest of the day at leisure. Overnight Cairo.

Day 2: Cairo - Aswan

Today we will take you to visit the famous pyramids and lion-headed Sphinx at Giza Plateau. Sole survivors from the ancient Greek-listed Seven Wonders of the World, the pyramids are the planet’s oldest tourist attraction! Gaze in awe at Cheops (Khufu) - the largest of the three great pyramids. Constructed from over 2.5 million limestone blocks it is thought to have taken more than 20 years to construct. Later this afternoon you will be transferred to the train station for your train down to Aswan.

Day 3: Aswan

Good morning and welcome to Aswan. This morning you will be transferred to your hotel to freshen up. Later today you will visit the High Dam and Philae Temple dedicated to the god Isis. The complex was dismantled and relocated to nearby Agilkia Island during the construction of the Aswan Dam. Overnight Aswan.

Days 4-5: Aswan - Nile Cruising

Optional early morning air excursion to the famed Temples of Abu Simbel, the rock-cut temple of King Ramses II, the Great Builder. This afternoon, we board our Nile Cruiser to voyage downstream on the River Nile. The boat deck offers plenty of space for relaxation and a swimming pool. Sightseeing stops to the Temple of Kom Ombo and Temple of Horus at Edfu are made en-route. In the evening, low–key entertainment is on hand. All meals are included, buffet style. Overnight - Nile Cruise.

Day 6: Nile Cruising

For your last full day on the boat you will Visit Karnak Temple which comprises a vast mix of decayed temples, chapels, pylons, and other buildings. After lunch continue touring to Luxor temples, six great temples, the four on the left bank are known to travellers and readers of travels as Goornah, Deir-el-Bahri, the Ramesseum, and Medinet Habu. Enjoy your last night on board the boat.

Day 7: Nile Cruising - Cairo

Disembarking your nile cruiser for the last time. Today you visit the Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut temple and colossi of Memnon. This afternoon you will be transferred to the train station for your overnight train to Cairo.

Day 8: Cairo

Good Morning and welcome back to Cairo. Today you will visit the Egyptian museum guided by English speaking guide. Overnight Cairo.

Day 9: Cairo

Today you say good bye as you are transferred to the airport in time for your departure flight.
