Visiting Abu Simbel

Day 1: Lake Nasser

Upon arriving at the Abu Simbel airport you will transferred to the Nile cruise. You shall have lunch on board and later this afternoon visit Abu Simbel temple. Possibly the most awe-inspiring temple of all ancient Egypt, with its gargantuan rock-cut façade, the great Sun Temple of King Ramses II at Abu Simbel was created to revere the mighty pharaonic ruler King Ramses II. Day 2: Lake Nasser

After breakfast today you will visit the Amada temple, of the XVIIIth dynasty, built during the reign of Thohotmosis III, Amenophis III and Thohotmosis IV. OVERNIGHT- M/S African dreams 5* Nile cruise (standard cabin )

Day 3: Lake Nasser

Toady after breakfast you will visit Wadi Elsboua. The temple of Wadi El Seboua was dedicated by Ramses II, to the two Gods Amon Ra and Ra Harmakis, The temple of Dakka, is dedicated to the God Thot of divine wisdom. Day 4: Lake Nasser - Aswan

Today after breakfast you shall disembark the vessel and transfer to the Nile cruiser docked in Aswan. This afternoon you will visit the High Dam and Philae temple. After lunch you have the opportunity to take a felucca trip on the Nile. OVERNIGHT- M/S Al Kahila 5* Nile cruise (standard cabin)

Day 5: Aswan

After breakfast on board you shall sail to Kom Ombo and visit the temple. The temple at Kom Ombo is a double temple that was dedicated to two distinct divinities - the crocodile-headed Sibek, god of fertility and creator of the world and Haroeris or the ancient falcon-headed Horus, the solar war god. Each of the two gods has their own entrance, court, chambers colonnade and sanctuary. After lunch you sail to Edfu and visit the Edfu Temple that has the distinction of being the largest and most completely preserved pharaonic, albeit Greek-built, temple in Egypt, it was one of the last monumental temples built on a large scale. Day 6: Aswan - Luxor

After breakfast today you will visit the West Bank,where lie the myriad monuments, temples and tombs that comprise The Valley of the Kings and Valley of the Queens. After Lunch on board you will visit the Karnak and Luxor temples. M/S Al Kahila 5* Nile cruise (standard cabin)

Day 7: Luxor

Today after breakfast you disembark the vessel and are transferred to the Luxor Temple for final departure.
