Pyramid at Giza

Day 1: Cairo

Welcome to Egypt and the start of your holiday. We will be there to meet you at the airport and transfer you to your hotel.

Day 2: Cairo

Today we tour the Pyramids at Giza Plateau. Gaze in awe at Cheops (Khufu) - the largest of the three great pyramids. Constructed from over 2.5 million limestone blocks, it is thought to have taken more than 20 years to construct. The other two - Chephren and Mycerinus are equally impressive. Afterward we tour the tomb-strewn necropolis of Saqqara, featuring King Zhoser’s step pyramid. Constructed by Imhotep, the pharaoh’s chief architect in 2700 BC, this was the template for all future pyramid construction.

Day 3: Cairo - Luxor

After breakfast we head out to visit the famous Egyptian Museum, here you can enjoy a guided tour and free time to browse and explore the famed treasures of King Tutankhamen. We then enjoy an in-depth tour of Old Cairo, visit the old Coptic suspended Church and city of the dead, the oldest Synagogue of Ben Ezra, drive to the Citadel of Saladin, and visit the alabaster mosque of Mohammed Ali and more. Late this afternoon we will fly you to Luxor.Arrival transfer to your hotel.

Day 4: Luxor - Nile Cruising

This morning you will be transferred to your Cruiser and after lunch you will visit the East Bank where you will tour Karnak & Luxor Temples. Overnight Onboard

Day 5: Nile Cruising

Today you will visit the West Bank. Here you will see the mighty Valley of the Kings, and Temple of Queen Hatshepsut this mortuary temple is dedicated to the sun god Amon-Ra. Later today you set sail to Edfu via Esna. Enjoy dinner on board. Overnight On Board.

Day 6: Nile Cruising

After breakfast you enjoy a tour of the Temple in Edfu dedicated to the god Horus. Afterwards continue sailing to Kom Ombo after lunch visit the Temple shared by two gods Sobek & Haeroris in Kom Ombo. Continuing you to Aswan enjoy dinner on board. Overnight on board.

Day 7: Nile Cruising

Today, we visit the Philae Temple. Later after lunch, a visit to the High Dam, then a felucca cruise to Elephantine and Kitchener Island. Evening is free and at your leisure. Overnight Aswan

Day 8: Nile Cruising - Abu Simbel

This morning you are transferred down to Abu Simbel and enjoy a guided sightseeing tour of this area. The Abu Simbel temples are two massive rock temples in Abu Simbel. The complex is part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site known as the "Nubian Monuments. Overnight Abu Simbel.

Day 9: Abu Simbel - Alexandria

Today you say good bye to Abu Simbel and transfer back up to Aswan in time for your departure flight to Cairo. Upon arrival into Cairo you are transferred to the Alexandria for the night. Enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure. Overnight Alexandria.

Day 10: Alexandria

Sadly you time with us as come to an end as your are transferred back to Cairo in time for your departure flight home.
