Day 2: Cairo - Aswan
After breakfast, embark on a full day Sakkara & Pyramids tour. Transfer to Giza station to board sleeper train to Aswan. Dinner & overnight on board
Day 3: Aswan
Be transfered Aswan station to your hotel in Aswan. The evening is yours at your leisure.
Day 4: Aswan - Nile Cruising
Enjoy breakfast and get ready for your Abu Simbel excursion. The massive rock-cut temple of Abu Simbel never fails to impress. It's possibly the most awe-inspiring temple of all ancient Egypt, with its gargantuan intricately carved facade, created to revere the mighty pharaonic ruler King Ramses II. Guarding the entrance to the temple, the 4 colossal statues of Ramses II sit majestically staring out across the desert, seemingly since time began. Today you will board your Nile Cruise. Visit High Dam & Philae Temple.Enjoy a lovely Dinner & overnight on board cruise.
Day 5: Nile Cruising
Today you will sail to Kom Ombo and visit Kom Ombo Temple. The Temple of Kom Ombo (or more correctly - the Temple of Haroeris and Sobek) stands on a low promontory near a bend in the river whose sandbanks were a basking point for crocodiles in ancient times. Also sail to Edfu and visit Edfu Temple. Dinner & overnight on board cruise.
Day 6: Nile Cruising
Sail to Esna and then pass the lock. Sail to Luxor. Visit East Bank – Luxor & Karnak Temples. The key difference between Karnak and most of the other temples and sites in Egypt is the length of time over which it was developed and used. Construction work began in the 16th century BC. Approximately 30 pharaohs contributed to the buildings, enabling it to reach a size, complexity and diversity not seen elsewhere. Dinner & overnight on board cruise
Day 7: Nile Cruising - Cairo
Early Morning visit the West Bank of Luxor, Valley of the Kings, Valley of Queens, Hatshepsut temple and the Colossi of Memnon. Transfer to Luxor station to board your sleeper train to Luxor. Dinner & overnight on board
Day 8: Cairo
Transfer from Giza station to your hotel in Cairo. Discover some of the wonderful history with a half day Egyptian Museum tour.
Day 10: Bahariyya Oasis - White Desert
Drive to White Desert and sleep under a blanket of stars in the permanent camp sight overnight.
Day 12: Cairo
Today after breakfast you will visit Alex visiting Catacomb, Pomp Pillar, Qait Bay Citadel & Montazah Gardens.
Day 13: Cairo
We bid you farewell after breakfast. You will be transferfed to Cairo Airport for your final departure.
