One of India's more exuberant festivals, Holi Festival marks the end of winter and the start of the summer season. Coloured dye covers people and surroundings, making this one of India's most colourful, joyous festivals.

Holi Festival marks the end of winter and the start of the summer season in India. To celebrate, coloured dyes are mixed with water and thrown around, covering participants and surroundings in vivid colours. It makes for great photos though! (Provided you can keep your camera out of the water and dye.)
