This is one of India’s best arts and crafts festivals, all the better for being held in a rural setting that isn’t too far from New Delhi. It's the perfect opportunity for a spot of souvenir shopping.

Craftsmen and artisans from all over the country travel to the region every year to showcase their wares, showing off traditional goods from their respective regions on the subcontinent. You’ll find everything from textiles and paintings to wood carvings, ivory work, pottery, cane and grass weavings. It’s the ideal place to do a spot of souvenir shopping, and don’t forget to bargain!
