An annual parade through central Moscow makes this one of the year’s biggest parades and a chance to have a Guinness or two. Though sadly cancelled in 2011 due to traffic concerns, St. Patrick’s Day has been celebrated en-masse in Russia for the past 20 years. It would appear that Guinness knows no borders!When to visit
