Muscovites descend on the Memorial Museum of Cosmonautics for the annual Vyugovey Ice Sculpture Festival. Every year there’s a new theme, and sculptors from around the world arrive to impress each other and their visitors with fantastical shapes and light-enhanced ice sculptures.
