Visa Requirements - India
All foreign nationals (including British citizens) must obtain a visa for a visit to India (and Nepal if undertaking our ‘Highway to Himalayas’ tour or ‘Kathmandu’ extension. It is essential that the India visa is obtained prior to travel.
NOTE: Please be advised that visa requirements are subject to change and that visa procurement is the responsibility of the traveller. Please also ensure that your passport is valid for at least 6 months from your planned date of return from India .
Please complete and return your booking form as soon as possible after booking, as we often need passport numbers, date of birth etc for train and other bookings.

Visa requirements – Nepal
All nationalities must obtain a visa for Nepal. It is possible for UK, EEC, Australia, Canada and USA passport holders to obtain a visa upon arrival. However in the event of visa refusal at port of entry on the go will not be held responsible.
- To obtain your visa upon arrival will need a passport with at least 6 months validity,
- 2 passport photos
- Visa fee of approx USD $50 - $80 in CASH.
