The grand entrance into Delhi's famous Red Fort

Day 1: Delhi

Namaste! Welcome to Delhi, the capital city of India. We will greet you at the airport and transfer you to your hotel with the rest of the day yours to relax.

Day 2: Delhi

This morning we explore both Old and New Delhi - the order of New Delhi is a huge contrast to the unorganised chaos of the Old City but both are just as appealing. Highlights we be the impressive Red Fort, Jama Masjid - India’s oldest and largest mosque, Raj Ghat - the site of Gandhi’s cremation and more. The afternoon is free time with a car and driver at your disposal to visit the shops and markets.

Day 3: Delhi - Agra

An early morning start as today we will drive to Agra where later we head out to view the magnificent Taj Mahal. Enjoy your guided tour and then free time to explore this once powerful Moghul emperor’s monument to love. We also visit Agra Fort, built under the Mughal Emperor Akbar in 1565 that contains numerous palaces and a white marble mosque.

Day 4: Agra - Jaipur

After breakfast, we continue onto the Pink City of Jaipur. On route we visit ghostly fortified city of Fatehpur Sikri, abandoned only 8 years after its construction due to droughts in the area.

Day 5: Jaipur

This morning we visit the delicate pink, magnificent Amber Fort - a wonderful example of Rajput architecture just north of Jaipur. Subject to Government regulations, we will arrive in style atop an elephant! Enjoy an afternoon sightseeing tour of the city. Rest of the evening is free and at your leisure.

Day 6: Jaipur - Deogarh

After a leisurely breakfast and hotel check out, we continue onto Deogarh. After hotel check in, the rest of the afternoon is free to explore independently.

Day 7: Deogarh - Udaipur

This morning we drive to visit Ranakpur, a small town tucked away in a remote valley and famed for its beautiful 14th century Jain temples. We stop for lunch (paid locally) at Maharani Bagh Orchard before continuing onto Udaipur for hotel check in.

Day 8: Udaipur

This morning will consist of an orientation and sightseeing tour of Udaipur - including the City Palace and museum, and a shared boat ride on Lake Pichola. The afternoon is free to explore for yourselves or select from one of our Enhance options.

Day 9: Udaipur - Delhi

Today you fly back to Delhi (1215/1350). The afternoon is free with a car and driver at your disposal for last minute shopping!

Day 10: Delhi

Today you bid a fond farewell to India. We will transfer you to the airport in time for your flight home.
