Welcome to India!! On Arrival in India you will be met at the airport and transferred to your hotel. If time permits this afternoon we will talk an afternoon tour o f Old Delhi including Jama Mosque, the Red Fort and a rickshaw ride through the bylanes of the Old City.
Today we travel bu road from Dehli to Amritsar. On arrival you will be taken to your hotel for check in and the rest of the afternoon is yours free to explore.
Home to the world famous Golden Temple and the seat of the Sikh religion, Amritsar is one of the Punjab’s principal cities. Built in 1803 and made of marble, copper and pure leaf gold, the temple is an amazing architectural feat. Today we visit the temple along with the Durgiana Temple, Jallianwala Bagh, Ranjit Singh Panorma and Wagh Border.
Today we continue on our journey to Dharamsala by road where we will be taken to our hotel for check in. The rest of the afternoon is yours free to explore.
Dharamsala offers some dramatic scenery, where rolling foothills rise high toward snow capped peaks. Dharamsala, the British hill station turned Tibetan ettlement, home to the Dalai Lama and thousands of Tibetan refugees offers a sense of peace and tranquility to all those who arrive. Today we will tourthe city including a visit to Nam Gyal monastery, Tibet Museum and St. John Church.
Today we continue on from Dharamsala to Shimla. On arrival in Shimla you will be take to your hotel for check in. The rest of the evening is yours free to explore and relax. Overnight- The Oberoi Clarkes
The largest and most famous of the British hill stations, Shimla is the capital of the state of Himachal Pradesh and remains today a popular resort. Set in the foothills of the Himalayas along a crescent-shaped ridge at an altitude of 2159m, it afforded a resort-like atmosphere for the British, so much so that it became the ‘summer capital’ of British India in 1864. Today we take a full day tour of this 'summer capital'. Overnight- The Oberoi Clarkes
Today we travel by road to Rishikesh where you will be taken to your hotel for check in. The evening is then yours free to explore.
From Rishikesh we travel to Corbett National Park. On arrival you will check into your hotel and enjoy dinner at the hotel.
Backing onto the forest-covered slopes of the Himalayan foothills, Corbett is one of India’s finest national parks and is known for its rich and varied wildlife including tiger, Asian elephant, species of deer, leopard, langur, wild boar and birdlife. Today we take a morning and an afternoon Jeep Safari in Jhirna. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are provided at the hotel.
Today we begin early and travel by road back to Delhi. On arrival in Dehli you will be transferred to the airport for your flight to Kathmandu. On arrival in Kathmandu you will be met by a representative at the airport and transferred to your hotel.
Today you will return to the airport for your flight to Nepalgunj. Arriving approx 1 hour later you will be met at the airport by a representative and transferred to Bardia. Royal Bardia National Park protects 968 sq km of sal forest and whispering grassland, bordering the Geruwa and Karnali Rivers and is the largest untouched wilderness in the Terai. Enjoy jungle activities in Bardia National Park as per resorts ititinerary.

BUTWAL- Today we continue our scenic drive to Pokhara. Pokhara is known for its stunning panoramic views of the Himalayas and also lakes, a tranquil town to relax in and also the starting point for most popular trekking and rafting destinations in Kathmandu. Pokhara is part of a once vibrant trade route extending between India and Tibet. To this day, mule trains can be seen camped on the outskirts of the town, bringing goods to trade from remote regions of the Himalaya. Overnight- Hotel Lumbini
Today we take a half day city tour or Pokhara where we explore Phewa Lake, Devi's fall, Bindebasini Temple and Seti George. Best time to visit is between October and April. Phewa lake, the second largest lake in the kingdom, roughly measuring 1.5 km by 4 km, is the center of all attractions in Pokhara. The enchanting lake is an idyllic playground. Brightly painted wooden boats and sailboats can be rented on reasonable cost around lakeside.
Today we return to Kathmandu. On arrival in Kathmandu you will be taken to your hotel where the rest of the evening is free for you to explore.
Resembling a medieval city of temples, shrines and living gods, Kathmandu is Nepal’s biggest and most cosmopolitan city, a meeting place of a dozen ethnic groups and once one of the most important points on the caravan routes between Tibet and India. Said to have been founded by king Gun Kamdev in 723 AD, one of the more likely theories of how the city got its name is that it was named after Kastha-Mandap, a pagoda carved from the single tree.Today we tour the Bodhnath Temple, Pashupatinath Templ and Patan Durbar Square.
Today we say goodbye to Nepal when our arrangements end with a departure transfer to the airport.
