Welcome to India and the City of Mumbai formly known as Bombay. Upon arrival you will be met by our local representatives and transffered to your hotel. Enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure. Overnight Mumbai.

Day 2: Mumbai

Enjoy a half day sightseeing tour of Mumbai today. Todays hightlights include, the Gateway of India a monument built during the British Raj. A Marina Drive, Mani Bhavan which acted as the focal point of Gandhi's political activities. The Rajabai Clock Tower, Dhobi Talao and the Prince of Wales Museum. And finally you will also get to visit the Hanging gardens and Crawford market. This afternoon why not take our enhance option to the Elephanta Caves. If not enjoy the afternoon at your lesiure. Day 3: Mumbai - Aurangabad

A really early start this morning as you are transferred to the airport in time for your flight to Aurangabad named after the Mughal Emperor Aurangzeb. Upon arrival into Auranabad you will be met by our local representatives and transferred to your hotel. Later this morning enjoy a full day excursion of Ajanta. Here you will see about 30 rock-cut Buddhist cave monuments. Overnight Aurangabad.

Day 4: Aurangabad

This morning you pick up right were you left of yesterday and visit the Ellora caves also well known for its monumental caves. This afternoon enjoy a city sightseeing of Bibi ka Maqbara (Mini Taj) & Water Mill. Overnight Aurangabad.

Day 5: Aurangabad - Munnar

A full day of travelling today as you work your way around to Munnar via Mumbai and Kochi. Upon arrival you will be met by our local representatives and transferred to your hotel. Overnight Munnar

Day 6: Munnar

Morning with our local guide you will visit a Tea Plantation & Tea factory thus seeing how the process works from growing to picking to processing what for most of us brits is the preffered hot drink. Afternoon at your leisure to explore, wander and enjoy the gorgeous natural surroundings. Overnight Munnar.

Days 7-9: Munnar - Goa

Another long day of travelling today as you make your way to Goa for a couple days of rest and relaxation. Take a load off and enjoy the next couple of days sitting on the beach and doing as little as possible.

Day 10: Goa - Udaipur

Enjoy your final sleep in for Goa. Later this afternoon you will be transferred to the airport in time for your flight to Udaipur via Mumbai. Upon arrival you will be met by our local representatives and transferred to your hotel. Overnight Udaipur.

Day 11: Udaipur

Today partake in a half day sightseeing tour of Udaipur. Highlights inlude, the City Palace built in a flamboyant style and is considered the largest of its type in Rajasthan. The large Hindu Temple of Jagdish Temple. Take a walk through Shaliyo ki bari Garden and finally Bharti lok kala Mandal. Later this evening enjoy a boat ride at sunset on Lake Pichola on a shared boat. Overnight Udaipur.

Day 12: Udaipur - Jaipur

Time to experience the trains in India as you travel from Udaipur to Jaipur. Upon arrival into Jaipur you will be met by our local representatives and transferred to your hotel. Enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure. Overnight Jaipur.

Day 13: Jaipur

This morning we visit the delicate pink, magnificent fort-palace of Amber - a wonderful example of Rajput architecture just north of Jaipur. Day 14: Jaipur - Agra

Today you travel to the home of the Mighty Taj Mahal in Agra. En route visit the deserterd city of Fatehpur Sikri, deserted soon after completion due to lack of water and local conflicts. Here you will get to see the Ruined city, abundant City Palace, Mosque, and administrative Lay out. Overnight Agra.

Day 15: Agra - Delhi

This morning you will visit the Mighty Taj Mahal in all its glory with a morning half day sightseeing tour. Also visit Agra Fort which can be more accurately described as a walled city. Later this afternoon you will travel to the Capital of India Delhi. Overnight Delhi.

Day 16: Delhi

After breakfast take a half day sightseeing tour of Old Delhi where you will see Jama Mosque, Red Fort constructed by the Mughal emperor, and for a special treat take a rickshaw ride in the bylanes of the old city.
