Welcome back to Mumbai. Upon arrival you will be met by our local representatives and transferred to your accommodation. Overnight Mumbai.

Day 2: Mumbai

Spend today getting over any jet lag you may have as you spend it at your leisure independently exploring Mumbai on your own. Overnight Mumbai.

Day 3: Mumbai - Aurangabad

Leaving Mumbai you will be transferred to the railway station for your day train to Aurangabad. You will depart Mumbai at 1400 by Train No 12071 (Jan Shatabdi Express) and arrive in Aurangabad at 2035. Upon arrival into Aurangabad you will be met by our local representatives and transferred to your accommodation. Overnight Aurangabad

Day 4: Aurangabad

Today enjoy a full day sightseeing out at the Ajanta caves. The UNESCO World Heritage Listed Buddhist caves of Ajanta date from around 200 BC to 650 AD, predating those at neighbouring Ellora. Hewn from the near-vertical sides of a horseshoe-shaped ravine, some 30 caves face out onto the Waghore River. The oldest caves are mainly in the middle and five of the caves are chaityas whilst the other 25 are viharas. Overnight Aurangabad

Day 5: Aurangabad - Hyderabad

This morning you will travel to Ellora for a half day excursion. This afternoon you will continue your touring with a city tour of the Mini Taj, Water Mill & Aurangabad caves. Later this evening you will be transferred back to the railway station for your overnight train to Hyderabad on the Ajanta Express departing at 2245. Overnight Train.

Day 6: Hyderabad

Good morning and welcome to Hyderbad upon arrival into the railway station at 0855 you will be met by our local representatives and transferred to you accommodation. Enjoy a morning city tour of Hyderabad. You will visit Charminar Mecca Masjid one of the largest Mosques in India. Chowmahalla palace which was the seat of the Asaf Jahi dynasty and was the official residence of the Nizams of Hyderabad while they ruled their state. And also Qutub Sahi Tombs. Overnight Hyderabad.

Day 7: Hyderabad

Today is yours free to independently explore this city as you spend it at your leisure. Overnight Hyderabad.

Day 8: Hyderabad - Hospet

Before you overnight train to Hampi this evening enjoy a Museum tour including Archeological Museum, Salarjung Museum and Nizams Museum. This evening you will be transferred to the railway station to board your train to Hospet, the train departs at 2100. Overnight Train.

Day 9: Hospet

Arrive Hospet by 17603 at 06:32. You are required to disembark from the train with your luggage and wait at the platform. You will be met by our representative at the platform and then transferred by a private vehicle to your hotel. (Portage at the railway station is paid by our representative). This afternoon enjoy a city tour of Hampi. Overnight Hospet

Day 10: Hospet - Bangalore

Return to Hampi today and enjoy a full day guided tour of the area. This evening you will return to the railway station for another overnight train to your next destination Bangalore. The Hampi Express departs at 2045. Overnight Train.

Good morning and welcome to Bangalore. Upon arrival you will be met by our local representatives and transferred to your hotel. Enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure. Capital of the state of Karnataka, Bangalore is a thriving, progressive and liberal city dubbed the ‘Silicon Valley’ or ‘IT’ capital of India. Many trade fairs and exhibitions are held in the city, throughout the year, where the latest in information technology is displayed. Despite its nod towards modernity and the 21st century, Bangalore is all the same a very interesting city. Overnight Night Bangalore.

Day 12: Bangalore

Enjoy a full day guided sightseeing tour of Bangalore today. The highlights included a visit to the Botanical Gardens, Bangalore Palace which is mistakenly believed to be a replica of the Windsor Castle in England. Also visit Vidhana Soudha. Overnight Bangalore.

Day 13: Bangalore - Ooty

An early morning this morning as you set out for Ooty via Coimbatore. This morning you will be transferred to the railway station in time for your train to Coimbatore which departs at 0615 upon arrival into Coimbatore you will be met by our representatives and be transferred by road to Ooty. Overnight Ooty.

Days 14-15: Ooty

Enjoy the next couple of days at your leisure. Overnight Ooty.

Day 16: Ooty - Mysore

Travelling by road you will be transferred to Mysore. Enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure. Overnight Mysore.

Day 17: Mysore - Mumbai

This morning you travel back to Bangalore in time for your overnight train to Mumbai departing at 1440. Overnight Train.
