Day 1: Delhi
On arrival we will meet you at the airport and transfer you to your hotel. We then head out to explore both Old Delhi But both are just as appealing. Taking in the impressive Red Fort (closed Mondays), Jama Masjid - India’s oldest and largest mosque, Raj Ghat - the site of Gandhi’s cremation and more. If time permits maybe enhance your holiday with New Delhi (see enhance you holiday for costs) - the order of New Delhi is a huge contrast to the un-organised chaos of the Old City. You will need to arrive by 06:00am to be able to include this or arrive the day before and book a pre night's accommodation for AUD$89 per person.
Day 2: Delhi - Agra
An early morning start we will drive to Agra - home of India's famous attraction - the Taj Mahal. Upon arrival we will have a sightseeing tour to the Agra Fort, before watching the sun set on the Taj Mahal itself - Enjoy your own time to explore and a guided tour of this once powerful Moghul emperor’s monument to love.
Day 3: Agra - Jaipur
This morning we will take a drive out to the ghostly fortifed city of Fatehpur Sikri, abandonded only 8 years after its construction due to droughts in the area continiuing on you will arrive in to Jaipur 'The Pink City'. In the afternoon enjoy some free time to relax.
Day 4: Jaipur - Baroda
This morning we visit the delicate pink, magnificent fort-palace of Amber - a wonderful example of Rajput architecture just north of Jaipur. Subject to Government regulations, we will arrive in style atop an elephant! Later this afternoon we transfer you to the airport for your flight to Baroda. Overnight Royal Orchid Central (Deluxe)
Day 6: Mumbai
Today we will transfer you from your hotel to the airport for your flight to Mumbai. On arrival and after freshening up, enjoy a half day sightseeing tour one of the most highly populated cities in the world, accommodating approximately 18 million people! Highlights include the Prince of Wales Museum, Gateway of India, Marine drive, Mani Bhavan, Dhobi Talao, the Hanging Gardens and Crawford Market.
Day 7: Mumbai
Today you bid farewell to Incredible India as we transfer you to the station for your onward flight.
