The grand entrance into Delhi's famous Red Fort

Day 1: Delhi

Welcome to India! You will be met upon arrival in Delhi and transferred to your hotel. Overnight Piccadily New Delhi.

Day 2: Delhi - Bodhgaya

Early this morning we will transfer you to the airport for your flight departing approx. 07:20 to Patna. Upon arrival at 08:50 you will be transferred approx. 3 hours to Bodhgaya for the afternoon. Overnight Royal Residency.

Day 3: Bodhgaya

This morning enjoy half day Bodhgaya sightseeing including Mahabodhi Temple, Archaeological Museum and Jagannath Temple. This afternoon is free at your leisure. Overnight Royal Residency.

Day 4: Bodhgaya - Varanasi

Today we will drive approx. 6 hours to Varanasi. This evening we visit the Ganges to witness the Aarti ceremony.

Day 5: Varanasi

Abundant with temples and a labyrinth of streets, Varanasi is exciting, enticing and a city not to be missed. Early this morning we enjoy a boat ride on the River Ganges to view the sunrise and the ancient religious tradition of ritual cleansing that takes place on the ghats (riverside steps). Enjoy a tour of the city, with its numerous temples and wonderful historic feel; with time later to relax.

Day 6: Varanasi - Goa

Today you will be transferred to the airport for your flight departing approx. 11:30 to Mumbai arriving approx. 13:35. Here you will need to transfer to your next flight departing approx. 15:15 to Goa arriving approx. 16:15. Upon arrival we will transfer you to your hotel for the evening.

Day 7: Goa

Today is a free day for you to relax or explore independently.

Day 8: Goa - Kochi

Today we will transfer you to the airport for your flight departing 14:45 to Kochi arriving approx. 18:40. Upon arrival this evening we will transfer you to your hotel for the evening.

Day 9: Kochi

Formerly a princely state, Kochi is also fondly referred to as “The Queen of the Arabian Sea”. This morning enjoy a sightseeing tour of the town including the beautiful Parsi Synagogue built in 1568, the Dutch Palace built by the Portuguese in 1555 and St Francis’ Church. A walking tour of Fort Cochin takes you through streets still graced with traces of Portuguese, Dutch and British colonial architecture. This evening enjoy a kathakali dance performance.

Day 10: Kochi - Alleppey

Today we will transfer you approx. 1.5 hours to Alleppey to board your houseboat. Overnight Spice Routes Houseboats (Cardamom Houseboat).

Day 11: Alleppey - Kochi

Disembarking at Alleppey, you’ll be driven the short distance back to Kochi. Enroute we visit the Kodanadu elephant camp (opens at 9:30am till 11am & 3pm to 5pm).

Day 12: Kochi

Today is a free day for you to relax or explore independently.

Sadly your last day with us with your departure airport transfer.
