We will transfer you to the train station for the train to Kalka, departing at 07:40 and arriving at 11:45. On arrival we will transfer you to the hotel.

We will transfer you to the train station for the Himalayan Toy Train to Kalka, departing at 10:30 and arriving at 16:10. Own transfer to the Kalka Shatabdi train to Delhi, departing at 17:45 and arriving at 21:55. On arrival we will transfer you to the hotel.
Departing Delhi, we journey 5hrs to Agra, once India’s Mughal capital. Arriving, we visit the magnificent Taj Mahal. Enjoy your own time to explore and a guided tour of this once powerful Moghul emperor’s monument to love. Later we visit Agra fort built under the Mughal Emperor Akbar in 1565 that contains numerous palaces and a white marble mosque and the Baby Taj.
This morning we will take a drive out to the ghostly fortifed city of Fatehpur Sikri, abandonded only 8 years after its construction due to droughts in the area. We head on to Jaipur and check into the hotel.
This morning we visit the delicate pink, magnificent fort-palace of Amber - a wonderful example of Rajput architecture just north of Jaipur. Subject to Government regulations, we will arrive in style on board an elephant! Free morning. This afternoon we will transfer you to Delhi and check you into the hotel.
We will transfer you to the airport for the flight to Coimbatore, departing at 07:00 and arriving at 11:20. On arrival we will transfer you to Coonoor and check you into the hotel.
We will transfer you to Mettupalayam train station for the train to Ooty, departing at 07:10 and arriving at 12:00. Udhagamandalam, still more commonly known as ‘Ooty’ in reference to a shortening of its anglicized name, Ottacamund, is a scenic ex-British hill station in the state of Tamil Nadu. Sitting at an altitude of 2260m in the cool, Nilgiri Hills, Ooty was discovered by John Sullivan a British burrasahib who quickly realised the potential of growing lucrative agricultural crops including tea and thus bought up tracts of land from the Toda tribe’s people.
We will transfer you to Coimbatore train station for the train to Ernakulam, departing at 13:10 and arriving at 16:55. On arrival we will transfer you to Kochi and check you into the hotel.
This morning you will have a brief tour of Kochi before we drive east to to Munnar - a quaint hill station nestled on the verdant slopes of tea plantations, that exudes a rare old world charm and reminds one of the days of the Raj in its elegant splendour. At a height of 1525 metres, Munnar offers breathtaking views of the surrounding hills.
Today you will be driven to Alleppey to board the houseboat a traditional Keralan rice boat for a journey through the backwaters in and around Allapuzha (Alleppey). The boat will cross shallow, palm-fringed lakes and cruise along peaceful canals where copra and cashews are loaded onto local boats. The on-board cook will prepare locally-inspired food. Relax, read and catch some sun as the boat plies its route.
Today, you'll disembark from the houseboat and be transferred to your hotel in Kumarakom. Rest of the day is free.
A free day today. Perched sleepily amongst a tangle of lush tropical waterways known as the Keralan backwaters, Kumarakom is technically a cluster of islands on Lake Vembanad. Kerala's back country water-ways seem far removed from the universe most of us inhabit, because of the seclusion and beauty, yet they are linked to the rest of the world in a very real way, and have been for at least two millennia.
We will transfer you to the airport for the flight to Chennai, departing at 16:55 and arriving at 18:25. On arrival we will check you into the hotel.
