Day 1: Kolkata
Welcome to India! Upon arrival at Kolkata, we will pick you up from the airport and transfer you to your hotel for the evening. Overnight Floatel hotel.
Day 2: Kolkata - Bhubaneshwar
Today enjoy a half day city tour including Dalhousie Square, flower Market, Howrah Bridge and Victoria Memorial. Our representative and driver will transfer you to the Railway Station in time for your departure from Kolkata by Train to Bhubaneshwar. Train No 12073 departs at 13:35 hours. Arrive Bhubaneshwar at 20:20 hours. You will be met by our representative and driver to transfer you by a private vehicle to your hotel. (Recheck timings locally)
Day 3: Bhubaneshwar
Today enjoy a full day tour of Konark sun Temple, Jagannath Temple, Lingaraja temple including visit to coastal town Pipli while return to Bhubaneshwar.
Day 4: Bhubaneshwar - Taptapani
Today we travel by road approx. 5 hours from Bhubaneshwar to Taptapani. (Private vehicle with driver only). Overnight Panthanivas.
Day 5: Taptapani - Gopalpur-on-Sea
Today we travel by road to Gopalpur-on-Sea. (Private vehicle with driver only).
Day 7: Gopalpur-on-Sea -
Today we drive to Aul palace visiting Lalitgiri Ratnagiri and Udayagir Ruin Buddhist monasteries developed from 6th century A D to 12th Century A D. Bajrayana sect of Buddhism developed here. Overnight Aul Palace.
Day 8:
This morning drive to Jayanagar Ghat (12 Kms) and take a boat ride to see the flora and fauna of Bhitarkanika sanctuary famous for Migratory birds, Crocodile and reptiles. This is the second largest Mangrove vegetation of India. This evening we drive back to our accomodation. Overnight Aul Palace.
Day 10: Bhubaneshwar - Kolkata
This morning will be at your leisure. This afternoon board your train to Kolkata. Our representative and driver will meet you at your hotel to transfer you by private vehicle to the Railway Station in time for your departure from Bhubaneshwar by Train No 12822 to Kolkata. Train departs at 13:20 hours. Arrive Kolkata at 20:15 hours. You will be met by our representative and driver to transfer you by a private vehicle to your hotel. (Recheck timings locally)
Days 13-16: Kolkata
This morning we will transfer you to your cruise. Please see cruise itinerary for the next few days.
Day 17: Kolkata
Early this morning you will be dropped off at Malda Railway station to board the intercity train No 13466 departing 06:10 to Kolkata 12:50, upon arrival you will be picked up with the driver and vehicle (no guide) at disposal (perhaps visit Marble Palace and Kalighat Temple) then be transferred to the airport for your late night departure flight.
