Day 1: Mumbai

Namaste! Welcome to MUmbai, the financial capital city of India and the start of your eye-opening adventure! Our friendly team will be waiting in the arrivals hall to transfer you to your hotel where you can relax for the rest of the day.

Days 2-9: Mumbai

For the next days you have free time to explore Mumbai at your leisure.

Day 10: Mumbai - Jaipur

Today we will transfer you to the airport for your direct flight to Jaipur -- Arriving there included transfer to your hotel. (Afternoon optional tour to Dera Amer offered on the enhance your holiday page)

Day 11: Jaipur

This morning an exotic elephant ride transports us to the lofty Amber Fort of Jaipur, where we’ll enjoy a tour of this Rajput extravaganza. Later in the afternoon we tour the City Palace, which boasts an interesting museum of regal attire and Jantar Mantar, an ancient astronomical observatory. Later in the day enjoy a walking tour of the bustling Bazaar. This evening we have a special treat for you with an enlightening visit to a local family home for a cooking demonstration and as a bonus, you get to eat what you learnt to cook!

Day 12: Jaipur - Agra

En route to Agra, we visit the ghostly former Mughal city of Fatehpur Sikri, abandoned due to lack of water. We will also stop for a tasty lunch and visit Chandra Haveli, a charming haveli (mansion house) with small courtyard, lawned gardens and rustic appeal carefully being restored to the splendour of better farming years. Evening at leisure in Agra.

Day 13: Agra - Delhi

This morning we visit the amazing Taj Mahal followed by a visit to the Agra fort, which boasts some of India’s finest Mughal buildings behind it’s fortified walls. During its history it has been a palace, a fort and a prison! This evening you catch the 9 pm express train to Delhi. Arrival transfer to your hotel.

Day 14: Delhi

Today enjoy a full day sightseeing tour of Delhi, taking in the impressive Red Fort, Jama Masjid - India’s oldest and largest mosque, Raj Ghat - the site of Gandhi’s cremation and more.

Day 15: Delhi

Free day to explore Delhi at your leisure.

Day 16: Delhi - Haridwar

This morning we drive from Delhi to Haridwar. Arrival and enjoy a city sightseeing tour incl. Mansa Devi, ancient Daksh Mahadev and Chandi Devi Temple set upon the banks of the Ganges. Afternoon at leisure to explore.

Day 17: Haridwar - Rishikesh

Enjoy the day at leisure to explore. Later afternoon transfer to Rishikesh.

Day 18: Rishikesh

Enjoy a sightseeing tour of this holy city and soak up the views of the majestic Himalayas.

Day 19: Rishikesh

Enjoy free time tp explore some of the cities Hindu temples or simply relax on the banks of the holy River Ganges. In the evening watch the pilgrims process of ritual cleansing on the riverside ghats.

Day 20: Rishikesh - Delhi

Today we will drive you back to Delhi. Arrival and check into your hotel.

Day at your leisure to explore Delhi.

"Everything will be alright in the end", they say in India, "and if it's not alright, then it's not the end". Sadly, today marks the end of your incredible journey and we hope it's been more than alright! After breakfast and hotel check out we transfer you to the airport for your onward departure journey and bid you a fond farewell.
