Day 6: - Amritsar

Day 7: Amritsar

Day 8: - Delhi

We will collect you from your address today for the drive back to Delhi.

Day 9: Delhi - Agra

Departing Delhi, we journey 5hrs to Agra, once India’s Mughal capital. Arriving here, check into your hotel and the remainder of the afternoon is at your leisure to explore.

Day 10: Agra

This morning we enjoy a tour of the magnificent Taj Mahal, which is followed with explore the Agra fort, which boasts some of India’s finest Mughal buildings behind it’s fortified walls. During its history it has been a palace, a fort and a prison!

Day 11: Agra - Jaipur

En route on our drive to Jaipur, we visit the ghostly former Mughal city of Fatehpur Sikri, abandoned due to lack of water.

Day 12: Jaipur

This morning you will have to look out for the snake charmers that dot our route, as we travel to the 16th century Amber Fort. An exotic elephant ride transports us to the lofty fort, where we’ll enjoy a tour of this Rajput extravaganza. This afternoon we discover the historic pink city of Jaipur we start with a photo stop in front of Jal mahal (lake palace) thereafter visit the ancient astronomical observatory of Jantar mantar and thereafter a guided tour of the city palace complex and it’s fascinating nooks and crannies. We conclude our day with a guided heritage walk, taking in the markets and old buildings.

Day 13: Jaipur - Jodhpur

An interesting drive through increasingly varied scenery takes us to Jodhpur, a town at the edge of the mighty Thar Desert. Dominated by Meherangarh Fort which sits majestically atop a hill, Jodhpur is known as the Blue City. This is because of the coloured houses in the old town, painted indigo.

Day 14: Jodhpur

Today we will enjoy some touring in this colourful Rajasthani city, taking in the mighty fort and bazaars of the old city which are gathered around the city’s tall clock tower.

Day 15: Jodhpur - Udaipur

Today we will make our way to Udaipur. Along the way, making an interesting stop to visit Ranakpur and its famous Jain temples.

Day 16: Udaipur

During today we’ll enjoy a cruise on Lake Pichola, plus touring of the imposing City Palace, not to mention free time to explore and perhaps shop for colourful Rajasthani souvenirs and Indian spices.

Day 17: Udaipur - Haridwar

This morning we are off to Udaipur Airport for the 9W 0740/0915) flight to Delhi. Arriving here, we take you to the station for the express train to Haridwar (DEP:15:25 - ARR:-19:35) Arriving into the station, meet our driver who will take you to the city based hotel.

Day 18: Haridwar - Rishikesh

Today we have a short drive to your luxury destination: The Ananda Spa. Check in and talk to the staff about what activities you can indulge in for the next days.

Days 19-20: Rishikesh

Today and tomorrow are at your leisure, enjoying the Ananda Spa Hotel.

Day 21: Rishikesh - Delhi

Today we collect you and return to Haridwar station for the train back to Delhi (DEP:-06:20 - ARR:-11:10 - AC CHAIR CAR CLASS)

Day 22: Delhi

This morning enjoy a morning sightseeing tour of Old Delhi, taking in the impressive Red Fort, Jama Masjid - India’s oldest and largest mosque. This afternoon we further enhance your exploration of this busting city with an afternoon guided journey through the New Delhi area the highlights will include India gate a drive past parliamentary buildings and President's house, a guided visit to Humayun's tomb then concluding with sightseeing to UNESCO World Heritage Site Qutub minar.

Day 23: Delhi

Sadly your journey has come to its conclusion, we will transfer you to the airport in time for your flight home.
